Starting bid is at 1mil bells, with increments of 250k! Buyout is 30mil. Ends on 9/10/14, since that's his moveout date. Will most likely be able to send him off during PST evening! (I'll do my best to hop on early in the evening for the buyer if our time difference is too much)
