☾ Everything is covered in pollen right now lol but the flowers are gorgeous!! The wisteria and dogwoods are blooming everywhere, and it’s just super colorful outside—even the trees that aren’t flowering are in so many different shades of green!!
☾ My mom surprised me with a blindbag plush today and LOOK AT MY SWEET NEW DAUGHTER!! She's so baby!! I love her!!
I've been really pushing myself lately and this was a great pick-me-up ;w;
☾ Watched some Youtube videos with my parents tonight, including Grian’s April Fool’s Day Simple Life video!! Can’t wait to check out some of the other POVs ahahaha
☾ I grew a Black Rose tonight!! ;w; No Gold or Blue Rose, but I’ll be ready to keep trying for gold and another magic red next year!!
☾ Pelting everybody and everything with strawberry ice cream has been a fun distraction!
It was the most beautiful sunrise I had ever seen yesterday morning and it was a lovely sunny day.
I grew a 2nd Blue Hybrid Hyacinth, a Purple Hybrid Rose, a Purple Sakura and some more weeds! I couldn't believe it! Blue, purple and black are my favourite colours, so I am very happy! I love the flower breeding event so much!
It's get fun to be smearing Vanilla ice cream over the forum! I thought it was an April Fool when I saw the first post, so I was excited to find out it was for real!
Managed to fool Blossom's followers on YouTube with an April Fool joke with a broken laptop!
went in to the salon to get my hair tone fixed and i love how it turned out!! i think i may stick to red for a while even though i said i'd let my roots grow out bc i love it so much
i got a purple sakura and a yellow candy from the last day of the flower breeding event and overall i'm v satisfied with all the flowers i was able to breed! the ice cream event is also super cute and i love the pink poops ice creams
ended my day playing stardew with my boyfriend for a couple hours and video calling
I’ve been really depressed today but this April’s fool’s event really is cheering me up a lot. Took all day and night my mood to pick up, but I’m finally feeling a bit more of myself. The splat sound is so funny lol. I didn’t think I’d chat much during the event but I’m starting to feel a little comfortable . Most of my friends are on different teams, but it still has been a lot of fun exchanging words and pelting them with chocolate ice cream lol.

I ended up spending too much on ed’s cookie ; originally I was going to skip it but I caved and ended up completing it and the calico set. I did have to get the five star from ed’s cookie by trading in ten cards though.
I made a silly Zipper outfit in pocket camp that I like even though I think the yellow of zipper’s head doesn’t go perfectly with the dress. I dressed up Punchy in a Zipper shirt and hat too ; I was disappointed to find out he couldn’t wear the overalls,
Today is a very beautiful day, I got to play with my dog outside and saw her running after a butterfly.
I'm also very excited about the news of Deltarune chapter 3 & 4 coming out very soon.

☾ This is my confession that I did not try on my thrift store finds before I bought them BUT one blouse I got is cuter than I thought it was?? I thought it was just a ruffled top with a wide collar, but it’s actually an off-shoulder blouse, and I’ve been wanting one of those!! It had little clear elastic straps, one of which was broken, and I think that’s probably why it got donated, but I don’t need them and I like the look better without!
What happened yesterday:
- I ate some yummy food from a Persian restaurant for dinner.
- I'm glad the Warriors beat the Grizzlies.
What happened today:
- I had some steamed momos with rice from a Nepali restaurant that tasted great.
- Watched the Nintendo Direct and I can't wait to play GameCube games for online members! I probably won't buy the console until a new Animal Crossing game is released, though I still think it has cool features.
- The weather was nice and sunny today.
- Worked on a few portrait drawings and I'm making some progress on them.
It’s been a really great relaxing two days off.
I had so much fun with the Sakura event and got most of the hybrids I wanted. I will try again next time for purple Hyacinths. I did get a few new blue ones that will help me for next time.
The ice cream event was so much fun. Now to think about which collectibles to get. It was fun throwing ice cream at everyone.
We went on Tuesday to lunch for my Aunts Birthday and it was really nice catching up with family.
Only two work days before I start vacation. Excited to leave for our trip on Tuesday.
I had a good day at work, which is not something I can say often! My schedule was quiet so I decided to start spring cleaning and tore my office apart. It was very relaxing getting rid of all the grime on top of the high surfaces while singing along to Michael Jackson songs.
I spoke to one of the lead officers today about putting a fish tank in my room and she okayed it. Just need confirmation from my manager that he doesn't have a problem with it and then I could get that set up as early as next week. I have everything needed at home from when my last fish passed in November, but we decided no more pets at home. Yay office buddy!
Less happy causation here, my girlfriend's employer (also my former employer) withdrew one of the primary perks keeping her there. She said she was done. So I sent her a link to a job listing with my current employer and gave her information about it (same role as me, but different contract, and info on the culture at the site the post is based at). I didn't think she would be interested, but she is going to apply. If I can help her get out of her current workplace I will, especially as I know the interview panel personally and know what they want to hear. We've worked together before and it sucked. Same employer but different sites would be absolutely fine though. I hope it works out.
We are both home tonight so quiet evening in planned.
I haven't been doing well these past few days but I have two things to be happy about: one being my sketchbook doodles and the other being my partner's drawings of my fursona. It's always a nice surprise to come to their art thread and see my scarlet kitty front and center.
Oh and yesterday I found my noise-cancelling headphones! Actually, my dad found them first while he was cleaning and he showed me. omg I got anxious when I lost them and I almost considered buying a new one!! But now that I got them back, I can at least set this problem aside. For now, at least. (edit: fixed grammar error oops)
this is so dumb but... I've always thought i was forgettable. like I always assume people have forgotten about me once they meet me, i'm extremely unremarkable and they only talk to me out of obligation and once they dont need me they'll never talk to me again.
kinda happened lately. i remember last year i made personalized gifts for people i considered my friends, esp since i know they were going through tough times studying for board exam. now that i'm going through the same thing, i wouldve hoped any kind of support from the same people, but... i guess they've forgotten about me. moved on from their lives. in fact they've never talked to me since i gave them their gifts last year. kinda stings.
anyway, i want to look at the bright side: i'm very, very thankful to the friends who do remember me occasionally, send even just a small message cheering me on. this week one friend sent me tea and pancakes, another one sent me coffee, and another one just sent me $10 (with the message "i know you're a picky eater so just use this to pamper yourself with whatever you want"). haha, i almost cried when my friends messaged me that they sent me these stuff for support. ;v; i'm not used to getting attention at all, i've always done a lot of things alone simply because people dont really remember me, so these small acts of kindness mean so, so much to me.
even here on tbt, i remember my first few years i was kinda... alone? i guess i talked with people occasionally but i was never good with being social so i just kinda accepted that i was never going to make friends. but then acnh came and a lot of people started pouring in and i tried to be a better version of myself and reach out to people. and im very happy that im able to keep several friends here
anyway, what im getting at is that... i want to thank everyone who goes out of their way to say hi to me, or chat me, or send me memes, whatever! i love chats that aren't out of obligation, because that means you thought of me, and that means a lot to someone who doesnt really think highly of herself at all, haha. ;v; i would really love to make more friends someday who i could reciprocate with.
Today was not good but there were a few things that made me happy:
I got a furniture piece that I wanted in pocket camp. Originally I didn’t want any of the set, but I thought this piece might go with one of my cabin room ideas. Not 100% sure if it will work since my ideas are still pretty vague and wip, but still gives me one more thing to work with and try .
I’m currently done with the first part of the event .
I got snuggles from both my cats today earlier . I caught both my girls at different points today in their sushi house .
I’m looking forward to Among Us this weekend!
Recently some of my friends told me that they liked my lineup ; it makes me really happy since I’m not the greatest at making lineups. Also, I’m really happy with how this one looks . I love my camp bell tree collectibles so much; I had so much fun with that event too!
☾ I finished reading Kimi ni Todoke: Soulmate today!! I really enjoyed it and loved it just as much as I do the main series. ;v; With that I’ve now finished the entire Kimi ni Todoke manga! Gonna have to watch the third anime season sometime soon now too.
☾ Also played Style Savvy: Trendsetters for a bit and only recently realized I can do the contests nightly LOL. I was waiting for an exclamation map marker to pop up again!!
☾ I listened to some music for a bit!
