Here's my entry, did an origami horsie!

I chose Ponyta to represent year of the fire horse. I used this pattern from Paper Pokes to build this model. I gave her a necklace to add some festive flair.

Good thing my old origami book had instructions for making a horse. I was even able to find red and yellow origami paper!

I tried my best at making an origami horse! It’s not exactly red, but it is however reddest origami paper I found.

I really enjoyed making a paper lantern during the year of the dragon so I decided to try to make a Chinese lucky knot out of paper this year I found a tutorial online and used red paper and gold paint. It could be straighter, but I still am happy with it. Happy New Year!

I was crocheting a Zodiac Horse Plushie, but realized today that I definitely wouldn’t finish on time (I’m a beginner and way too slow) So I last minute pivoted to trying to crochet a Plum Blossom using this tutorial: Link

But I was still way out of my depth I tried my best to salvage it, but I’m not sure if it’s enough to be accepted
