Introduction:
In this game, two players move on the same island at the same time in December and they decide to do a friendly competition to see who can best prepare for Toy Day while also expanding their house, completing their museum, making friends with animals and doing other odd jobs such as... Rescuing stranded birds?

Enjoy a surprisingly faithful feeling of playing Animal Crossing as you dive into this new adventure.

Analyse the game state in this game that gives a constant feeling of progress and emerge as the winner!

Objective:
The game finishes when a player has fully built and furnished their home. At the end of the game points are tallied up.

Points that are gained from finished projects can be gathered from the player cards. (Every furnished room gives the player 6 points.)

Method of play:
Each player uses a small deck of cards with the following six cards:
1, 2, 3, 4, 8 and Q

The players shuffle their decks and always keep two cards in their hand.

Each turn, both players choose a card from their hand and reveal it at the same time. If one of the players plays a Q, nothing happens that turn. Otherwise, both players advance the number of spaces which their cards indicate.

The players cannot move into the direction that they are coming from.

Player cards:
Each player has an inventory, a museum, a house and DIY recipes. When players gain resources, they place them into their respective field. Bell bags (savings) are kept somewhere on the player side.

Resources:
When players land on a field, they gain the resource depicted.

However:
In order to gain fish, the player needs a fishing rod, to catch bugs a net, to shoot balloons a slingshot, to pick flowers a watering can and to pick wood an axe.

On the field with the communicator part, the player gains a communicator part and a fish if they have the fishing rod.

On the shooting star field the player gains a bug if they have the net. If there is no star fragment on the field, the player puts down a star fragment on the field. The player who next enters the field, (also) gains the star fragment.

Once a player has befriended all four animals, they gain an extra ability: every turn, they can discard a card from their hand and draw another one.

To gain art from Redd, the player has to pay a bell bag. After finishing the museum, art resells for three bell bags.

Selling:
The inventory can only hold a certain amount of items. These can only be sold on the two selling spots. Each sold resource gives the player a bell bag.

Expansion and decoration:
In order to expand their house, the player has to pay the depicted amount of bell bags.
Every "opened" room can be furnished. Landing on a "leaf" field lets the player furnish an open room.

Have fun!
