Today was a nice day off. Happy I am starting to feel better as I have been sick all week. Still not 100% but definitely much better.
I did get some outside chores done this morning after Aurora’s morning walk. I spent time this afternoon resting and working on my second island. I really like how it is coming out. This time I will not be resetting it. Making progress on some patterns I have been making for my second island.

I’m doing a little better today ; I’m a bit down but my mood is more stable.

I’ve been enjoying chatting with @.: Meri :. about One Piece . It’s nice since none of my personal friends were into it so I had no one to talk about it for the longest time. I really need set some time aside to catch up. I might see if I can get a crunchyroll subscription soon; though Idk how often I’ll use it once I’ve caught up to One Piece . Also had a nice small chat with @-Blue- about it too!

My mom made tuna fish tonight and recently she bought croissants so I had tuna fish in a croissant; it was so good .

It is my birthday and I have had an amazing weekend.

Yesterday my partner and I went to see Final Destination: Bloodlines (amazing!) at the cinema followed by going to my favourite steak restaurant for dinner. I enjoyed a blue fillet steak and it was delicious. We go there about twice a year so it is absolutely a treat!

Today I went to visit my mum (my dad is unfortunately overseas for work right now) and she treated me to a meal at an Italian restaurant. I had been expecting to go to their house for coffee, so it was a pleasant surprise when she mentioned to me a couple of hours before I was due to arrive that she was taking me out for lunch!

She also ordered a custom cake and gave it to me today to take home and share with friends!

As my birthday gift to myself I bought the deluxe edition of Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time. The early access went live an hour and a half ago. I'm home alone tonight as my partner needed to cover someone, so I'm going to enjoy having time to play this!

A mixature of yesterday and today~

Honestly, just been a nice relaxing weekend. Stayed at home with my cats and my mum.

My pokemon pearl has stopped freezing!! Yay~I can now focus on - what I was trying to do before was trade over some Scyther eggs but still need one that is adamant before I train it.
Been playing more of my animal crossing games~New horizons and gamecube version!

In my gamecube, I organised and got rid of items I don't need. Making my basement more of a clothing room than anything. I did not know the golden trees will stay! So, I will plan on where i want my normal and golden trees will go. Make it less messy~

On new horizons, I plan to make it less messy as well, still trying to get a trantula and plan to villager hunt or just leave it up to chance. Olivia in Ataraxia has asked to leave, and I said yes! I'm gonna miss her, and the house i made her. I don't think I'm gonna villager hunt either.

Been reading my library book and more suduko puzzles~

Got into a series on Netflix called The Hollow, really interesting so far.

Me and my mum made cupcakes today~

For the rest of the evening, I may focus on animal crossing or my photography? Might make an note of what to do tomorrow.

A couple of things happened yesterday, so I felt like posting here… for the first time in months…

- after her pinning on Thursday, yesterday my mom graduated! She’s been going to nursing school for years at this point (I honestly don’t know how long. I thought it was four years, but I feel like it’s been more than that), so I’m glad her hard work paid off and she’s finally a RN. One of the people who spoke before the ceremony was even Nigerian! It was perfect (my mom actually said that when the man said he was Nigerian, her friend, who is Ghanaian, was like “it’s your people”)!
- after that, we went to an all you can eat buffet called Hibachi. The food they had there was really good. I had sushi again, which tasted great, and I also had crab for the first time, which was also good
- I have a few points related to Mega Man X5 as well. There is this one achievement that wants you to beat Stage 1 of Zero Space without using Dark Hold, which freezes time. So just do what the person in the linked video was doing. Instead of saying how grueling it was, I’ll just say that I died… maybe 50+ times? It was not fun. But I did it, and now I never have to do that again
- in general, I’m happy that I’ve almost beaten the game since I feel like I’ve been on it forever because I can only play on weekends, plus the amount of forced backtracking in this game specifically. After I got that achievement, I had to beat this ****

before clearing the stage, and I hated it. The Shadow Devil is easily my new least favorite Devil in the entire series, the other ones were so much less unfair than this. For starters, why did they think this should have six patterns when most Devils only have one? Then I had to do the next stage, which had a slightly less painful boss fight. And then I got the Ultimate Armor and had to use it to fight Zero for the incredibly contrived reason that they put in the good ending, which was where I left off. Once I get back home and finish everything I have to do right now, I’ll beat the rest of the game. Then I have to beat it two more times for more achievements before moving on to X6. As much as I’m dreading all the games after this, this or Zero is definitely my favorite Mega Man series, so it’s probably going to be… at least… kind of fun

I went and got my car washed today since it was looking a little dirty, I'm trying to make it a habit to go at least once every couple of weeks to keep everything looking nice. I also went and got some donuts and made myself a breakfast taco which was absolutely delicious.

I was looking through old copies and found tons of drawings and other misc stuff that I made with friends a few years ago. One is a levi ackerman sticker but I've already lost it lol. It's really fun to look through old stuff, especially since I actually remember making most of it

I've gotten tons of reading done recently. I think I've read around three hundred thousand (300,000?) words in the past two days, which is fun, not to mention all the other reading from earlier this week. I feel like I'm getting back into reading again, so that's cool

Had amazing weather all day. All week, now that I think about it. I've been hanging out in my garden with my sis for the most part, since we bought swings a few months ago and now we have the weather to use them.

Edit to add i used some new conditioner thing today and my hair is getting its curls back, so that's nice. It's also a lot softer than it was with whatever I was using previously

Went to a friend's house yesterday and we went to the dirt track races! Never been so it was cool. Went to dinner (breakfast?) afterwards. Still hanging out today.

Catching up for the weekend!

☾ My dad bought flowers for my mom and me ;v; My mom did a beautiful job putting them into vases too! They’re really brightening up the house!

☾ Finished one of my personal art WIPs!!

☾ I had a really nice workout and listened to music for a while!

☾ I really enjoyed all of our usual weekend anime (we’ve only got one more episode left of Demon Slayer now though?? help), but oh my god the new One Piece eyecatches?? ;; I am absolutely losing my mind, my week is made my skin is cleared my crops are watered I—

☾ I love the new backdrop variations for the upcoming Celebrating Diversity event ;w; Some flags I love are a little obscure/don't often make it into these kinds of things, and it makes me really happy to have them included, I’m definitely gonna have to rotate through a good handful of them once the event rolls around!!

Today has been a little better .

I’ve been mostly playing One Piece Treasure Cruise again.

I was able to beat a level 100 boss in the Pirate King Adventure mode with a team I built (I did not have every unit from teams posted on the reddit optc discord and no teams were posted on the nakama site). Normally I can’t make teams well. Now to see if I can beat her again and that this wasn’t a fluke lol.

I was also able to beat her (York the Greedy) on one of the harder difficulties on coop; I was really cutting it close in the end with my crew’s health so low . My first attempt to do this on coop was a failed attempt, but the second one went better.

My mom made green bean potato salad tonight except she was too tired to cut and peel the potatos; it was still just as delicious as it normally is .

I got snuggles from both my girls today .

I feel a little better after talking to someone.

- Booked my flight to ATL :3 So excited to visit my other bestie in June! Even better, my time off got approved for it, too!

- Got a triple ko on Marvel Rivals as my HUSBAND?! I was so so happy about this. My most devious lick yet, I'm afraid. I'm getting better and better as him the more I play c:

- Made a Bucky Barnes edit to a song that's really personal to me >< I'm proud of it, even if it's not the best lol.

- I also finally got to see the THUNDERBOLTS MOVIE!!! Bucky looks sooooo good in it EEEE! I rate it a 9/10! My only gripe was not enough Bucky. I related way toooo much to Bob as well.

- Played Tomodachi Life for a lil while on my 3DS XL. I also put a phone charm thingy on the case. I couldn't figure out how to get it on the bottom of it, so I just put it in one of the free spaces the case had xD It looks so pretty with the charm! I couldn't dare decorate the shell/case bc the design on the 3DS model is perfect as is! ^_^

- Commed a couple of people for Bucky self-insert shippy art >w< So excited to receive the finished pieces!!!!

- Had a great weekend away! Enjoyed visiting the spa, getting a facial, swimming in the pool, afternoon tea, and free breakfast buffet We also stopped in Liverpool centre on the way back which was nice. It was sunny, which is great because I realised I'd only ever been to Liverpool when it was cloudy or rainy before

- Had a pretty low-key birthday yesterday! I got quite a bit of money, some chocolates, and my mum got me a cute beach cover-up.

I am so happy to hear this. I have heard they took on a deeper take on mental health... (I can't stress enough how important that is to me!)

I'm super excited to see Final Destination Bloodlines in 4DX tonight! I haven’t been to a 4DX movie since Avatar: The Way of Water, so I’m really looking forward to experiencing the moving seats again!
