I'm literally so new to cooking so I get really frustrated when I burn something. jsdhfk
But today I cooked a sunny side up perfectly (I know it's easy to cook but I burnt the egg I made yesterday) and made a fruit ref cake. Kinda stoked to try out the cake later!
Got a slow cooked curry ready for tonight! I absolutely love to cook, but I’m awful at baking. (Also there’s a shortage of flour where I am so it makes it quite hard to pursue it haha)

Pasta with a red sauce today.
I have not gone to the grocery store in two+ weeks, and I do not know when I will be able to next.
Hoping to have variety soon when things become available again...
3 ingredient peanutbutter (in my case sunbutter bc im peanut intolerant) cookies!!! theyre super good, incredibly easy to make, and in my case it makes the sunbutter less discernable against peanutbutter. it can also work with pastes like nutella or cookie butter if you sub sugar for flour so it isnt overly sweet.
its literally just 1 cup sugar, 1 cup peanutbutter (or other spread/paste type thing that you like), and 1 egg mixed together, rolled into balls and pressed down with a fork horizontally and vertically, then cooked at 350 for 12 minutes makes a full pan of cookies!
Made mini peppers stuffed with italian sausage with vodka sauce!
It's italian sausage, minced garlic, shredded cheese, and 1 egg mixed by hand in a big bowl. Cut off the tops of the peppers, decore them, and stuff them with the meat mixture. Get out a pan and pour vodka sauce all over the bottom of it, place stuffed peppers in pan, pour more vodka sauce on top of the peppers, and put a lid/foil over the pan. Put in oven for about 50 minutes to 1 hour on 350.
These are good with rice on the side too or garlic bread for the dipping
Not really cooking per se but I made some tuna fish sandwiches!
A week ago I made brownies but I think I put in too much chocolate believe it or not, they made me kinda sick
