but how will i make it? that's what i want ideas for....

materials.... soft materials... nothing itchy...
& what for the middle of the ribbon? what for the rest of the cape?
what for the hat?

That hat looks like a witch hat, so maybe find one in that color and use pink felt (and a glue gun) to add the details.

ooh, i could do that... if i can find one like that...

i'm not sure about a glue gun.... i can't remember if i used one before.... maybe in school... but that was ages ago....

maybe i can sew the pink felt on instead :3

Sounds good as far as I can tell! But maybe it would be easier to use black clay for the eyes on the pika head.

most wands or scepters i've seen in cosplay and lolita fashion use PVC as their stick base. comes in all types of sizes, you can find it at any home improvement store. lowes, home depot, ace hardware if youre in the USA, or whatever local home improvement store you have.
