    Didn't see this until now, thank you! He's actually a little dude from a Japanese young children's game on the Sega Pico called 'NHK o-Kaasan to Issho Genki na Ko Atsumare!'
    I was browsing the Sega Pico game library with friends and when we saw him, everyone agreed that he was made for me, so I ripped the sprite and essentially adopted him lol

    also... i did have a original first region that i made a long while ago... but i kinda abandened it...
    but it seems a bit of a shame to keep it abandened.. so i'm bringing it back onto my fakedex thread & making it my 3rd region... even though it's finished :D i'll put them in slowly :3

    it's name is the kyou region.. it's based on the tohaku region in japan :>
