Ruin a Movie!

Instead, it’s the South Park episode where Cartman becomes a hall monitor.

Back to the Future I

Instead of time travelling, Doc and Marty instead spend the whole film trying to repair the DeLorean. They're unsuccessful, and so that's why it necessitated two sequels. The second film showed the DeLorean completely operable, and the third resulted in them crashing and permanently stuck in the stone age. They all get eaten by dinosaurs, and no one survives the meteor strike. The end.

Lassie

Timmy falls down the well and Lassie goes off to get help but then gets sidetracked and somehow ends up on a plane to Italy where the movie quickly shifts into White Horses of Summer. Timmy unfortunately dies and literally no one notices he’s been missing for months.

Room (2015)

Family gets friggin' scared by a damn empty room even when there's no mythological or creepy creatures anywhere.

Austin Powers: Goldmember

Austin Powers suddenly gains the power of Midas Touch and turns everything into gold. Yes... everything.

Ice Age: Continental Drift

In a play on words, the 'drift' actually applies to the friends drifting apart. Basically the gang realizes how annoying Manny's voice is, and decide to hop an ice floe to a different continent.

Child's Play

It's a movie about how a child beats up Frieza, Shigaraki, Michael Jackson no Yaiba, and all the anime villains while only using their pinky finger. Behold, the most OP character in anime history!!

The Super Mario Bros. Movie

Aww I wanted to do Child’s Play
Mario goes on a quest to find some more ingredients at the store so that Peach can complete her spaghetti recipe. Meanwhile, Luigi gets into a bidding war with Bowser, both fighting over an abandoned, run-down mansion being listed for auction. Who will get it? And will Mario get all the ingredients before dinnertime? Find out on the Super Mario Bros. Super Show Movie!

Trading Places

It's about two Chinese dudes who trade places with each other and then they can't find each other again so they're just forever stuck in each other's bodies.

Tangled

It's an entire film about a sunny 72-degree day. It's perfect, and the only "storm" that could be considered would be the sun hitting your skin and giving you sunburn. Therefore, perfect storm.

Alvin and the Chipmunks

Alvin, Simon and Theodore come to realize that Dave is taking all their money, so they move back to the forest and buy a really nice tree.

Garfield

It's a twist on Home Alone. You thought four movies was too much? Well, think again, because we've got Home Alone 5: The Parent Trap! Instead of burglars caught by traps, it's the parents (now-adult Kevin and his wife) getting themselves into the crazy shenanigans! How could Kevin let his kids do this? Karma, perhaps? Macaulay Culkin finally returns to the series to reprise his role.
