Northern Ireland is a country...just like England/Wales and Scotland. It is part of the United Kingdom but we all have our own identity

I thought that it's status was common knowledge?
People have different views, but its politically correct to call it a province.
You can call it whatever you want. So it doesn't matter.

Northern Ireland is one of the four countries that make up the United Kingdom. The others are England, Scotland, and Wales. These three make up the large island that is Great Britain.
