So many changes.
*Chief is now the new king.
*Wolfgang and Apollo are now in Tier 1.
*Tangy has replaced Rosie as the Tier 1 peppy villager.
*Molly has returned to Tier 1 after an absence of about a month.

wow wolfgang is now tier 1. i seem to always have two tier 1s no matter what the update
 
I'm very confused about Ruby, she gets adopted a lot, and there's no reason why she should be tier 3

3 cycle threads have voided her in the past 10 days. yes she also gets adopted but the amount of times she was voided x the amount of times she was adopted wasn't enough to keep her in tier 2. that and she was hardly mentioned in the looking for/trading/buying thread.

it's a daunting task to be completely honest but I'll try working on it within the next couple days.

Seriously but not to be rude but something I saw was that Apollo if for whatever reason in tier 1, but honestly I see him nowhere, and I sometimes think you bump some villagers to high or to low

And I haven't seen tangy either, putting her in tier 1 was odd to, even though I haven't really seen her, but my hope is flora makes it to tier 2 soon!

I have Tangy currently in my cycle town and have a few people lurking for her.

Apollo was mentioned 7 times from different people in the Looking For thread (along with Wolfgang, Chief, Lolly, and pretty much all the others in tier 1) and he hasn't been voided in any cycle threads.
I do everything on excel, but maybe in the future I can start doing it in google sheets so I can publish them but like I said many many times: I read everything in the VTP. Even if I fall behind on a day, I end up on page 5 and go through every single thread, post, and make note of it. This past update was crazy, and it was a ton of info to take into account (I'm assuming because of summer and a lot more people have time to cycle) so there may be things you're missing/not seeing, as I don't know anyone who takes the time to go through all the cycle/selling threads. I assume you're maybe just seeing things from when you're online and that's fine - but it explains why you haven't seen Apollo much.

I don't think you're being rude, I expect some people to debate my updates but all I can really say is I don't wing them and I actually take the time into doing them.
 
Wow, Shep dropped quite a bit. I'm not surprised, he's not really one of my favorites either.
