What happened on 2/15/24:
- I went to a Persian market with my mom and ate some food that tasted delicious, especially the koobideh kabob. Also, I saw someone famous on social media there in person, though I don't think anyone recognized her.
- Went shopping at a thrift store with my mom and she bought me a book and some art supplies. I'm pretty frugal, and you can find a lot of nice things there when you're on a budget.

What happened on 2/16/24:
- Ate some yummy aloo gobi for dinner.
- Finished my entries for Draconic Designs and Bright Beginnings. The paper lantern was pretty simple to make, and I improved at coloring with my submissions. I kind of wanted to use white gel pens to add some highlights to the colored pencil drawing, though it still turned out better than I had anticipated.
- Slept well today and woke up with a lot of energy.
- Luna was being very affectionate and looked so cute when she slept. She also played with her cat wand and started pawing at it.

- I went grocery shopping with my mom and got a Pokémon magazine that I look forward to reading.
- Submitted my entries for some of the Lunar New Year Events.

☆ Met my partner for a coffee after work. ️

☆ We went to our friends' house for the evening. We enjoyed a delicious lamb curry, talked for hours, and they both showed us their craft projects (he's into 3D modelling, LARP, and Warhammer; she is an incredible traditional artist in addition to handmade crafts). She also made us the most delicious chocolate, banana, & strawberry cupcakes - I ate four.

☆ We stayed the night in their spare room and enjoyed a lazy morning drinking tea and playing with their 10-month old dog. He's a handful but adorable.

☆ We went home for about 1PM and spent the rest of the day being lazy. We ordered salt n chill chicken and watched American Horror Story: Apocalyse.

- Happy to not have anything to do today. I finally finished writing the entry for my December Munich + Berlin trip into my travel diary, only took me nearly 3 months I dread to think of how long it'll take me to write up the longer trip I have booked for later this year...

- Just lazing around watching YouTube and eating, basically my ideal day

- It's pretty warm and somewhat sunny today, like 11 degrees celcius

- I booked the restaurant for my mum's birthday dinner yesterday on my break at work, so I'm happy about that, everyone I invited can make it too!

- Went to a local dachshund puppy meet-up. It was so cute to see all the pups having fun together & exploring

Happy today because I had reset all my games last December to start the new year fresh, which I’m now back to where I would like to be with most of them and so I decided to start up Nintendo Switch Sports. I’m glad I did because I did a huge accomplishment on it today. I scored an eight bagger for the first time in bowling. I’ve never done that before and I have to admit, I’m impressed with myself.

Also, the reason I started fresh was so I can finally break this bad resetting habit of mine and it’s definitely been over nine weeks now, so… I’m finally free from the habit! Woo! I’m so happy for that now and I’ve definitely been working hard on my games and are finally having some fun! ^o^

☾ Watched the newest episode of One Piece with my family this morning, as well as apparently the final episode of the Yorknew arc in Hunter x Hunter! Looking forward to starting the Greed Island arc next week.

☾ Received one of my red envelope commissions from jadetine!! She did such a beautiful job and I’m so excited for the other half

☾ I finished the character ref sheet I started yesterday, and also made a shaded version of the front view just for funsies ehehe. ;w; And then I spent a long time looking through free-to-use HTML codes on Toyhouse so I could make her profile cuter and now it’s getting very late... oops

• I completed a drawing a member requested in my art thread here
• Practiced ukulele today, working on Bach's minuet in G major
• Played Kingdom Hearts, and some other games today!
• Played a couple rounds of the yugioh tcg with my boyfriend tonight and we also watched Kiki's Delivery Service, due to his new work schedule we haven't been able to spend as much time together so it was nice
• We also started watching The Queens Gambit, it's a rewatch for me but it's his first time watching it. We're gonna play chess together once I learn how lol
• I hatched a shiny Alolan sandshrew in Pokemon Go yestersay then caught a shiny Hoppip today!
• Mocha and Mustachio are doing well, Mocha is really shy still, I expect she will be for a long time but that's okay!

- I only got one hour of sleep last night, but it's because I got carried away obtaining Navia's namecard in Genshin Impact! It took a lonnnng time, but in the end I achieved it!

- Went to the grocery store and bought a bunch of healthier foods for my new diet to go alongside my exercise routines and martial arts. I mayyyy have feasted a bit too much not too long ago, but it's understandable because of how tired I am. It'll be back to normal routine tomorrow!

- I got to catch up with some good friends from this site on Discord! That always puts a smile on my face.

- Since I don't have work or martial arts tomorrow because of the holiday, I plan on sleeping in. Much appreciated!

* I watched this weird-ass video that was a reenactment of one of my favorite channels: Violette1st. The one that played William received this cheesy book. I think it was either A Cars Life or Roary The Racing Car, and he tore it up.

* Had two burgers for lunch My dad cooked on the grill for lunch.

* A commission of my main OC ship came in

* The leaves in my Animal Crossing towns are now green. The snow should be gone in a week from now.

* In New Leaf, I found a rococo dresser in my storage I forgot about. I also paid off my loan and should get my right room tomorrow. My Rococo furniture will go in there and will have the white and pink variant.

* Did some moodboard trades with a couple of my friends.

* In Wild World, Opal gave me a lovely wall. Then Apollo pinged me to tell me he learned a lot from me.

* It’s not my place to go into detail, but because of a certain incident, I have had a lot on my mind today. However, it’s given me ideas to write about.

- I managed to finish some math homework! Tomorrow will be focused entirely on science (I haven't handed any assignments in this entire unit because my neuro-spicy brain likes making things difficult... so tomorrow's gonna be fun). I should maybe get started on some stuff now, actually. (it's totally not 2:30 in the morning currently...)

- I finally had another movie night with my friends! It didn't happen last week because the friend who streams the stuff was at a family thing, and it didn't happen yesterday for the same reason. We also might do a karaoke night at some point...

- I had some leftover tiramisu from yesterday, so I got to eat that.

- I still haven't gotten my period this month... wait that's not supposed to be a good thing... crap... (the lack of dysphoria and mood swings is amazing though)

- Happy that I finished super early (12:15pm!!), I had the rest of the day to chill <3

- Got some life admin stuff done, I'm currently trying to organize my mum's birthday, so I got her to tell me what type of cake she wants me to bake (coffee and walnut!), and bought her birthday present (a large Tripp suitcase). I also paid my phone bill and requested some annual leave dates (the day before my trip to Amsterdam + 11th May AKA Eurovision Final day )

- Glad I have 2 days with no work now

- Got to sleep in and woke up at a good time.

- The Dallas Stars lost in the shootout 4-3 to the Boston Bruins, but gotta love that extra point for making it to overtime!

- I cooked some meals for the week so now my new, healthy diet is all good to go!

- Fed my kitties some special food and let my favorite of them into my room for a bit.

- Crowned Navia's skill and ultimate in Genshin Impact, so I'm very close to triple-crowning her.

- Thankful for all of my friends.

Got all clean up today and fixed my hair back into place. I’ve been experimenting with different ways to style my hair because I wanted to do something new with it, but they were not as comfortable as the hairstyle I’ve had the last 12 years, which is my middle part with bangs. So I’m keeping my bangs and middle part for now on as they are most comfortable to me. Also, the longer part of my hair is definitely getting longer. Maybe I’ll post of a picture of its progress another day when I’m not so shy. xD

- I got one of those mystery squishmallow containers in the Easter section. You don't know which one is inside but the one I picked turned out to be a bunny so I am pleased. I also liked the goat & sheep too though
- I saw some high school pals who I hadn't seen in almost 2 years. It was good to catch up
- we cleaned up the house today and restocked on groceries for the week

- My annual leave requests got approved!!

I really did disappear for a few days. Nothing serious happened. I just needed a little time to myself. I have a few things on my mind that I can't find myself talking about in detail with anyone yet. This coming week I know without a doubt will be tough. Here are a few things that made me happy within the past few days I've been MIA.
☾ I saw recently that Mountain Dew is releasing two new summer flavors. I'm really interested in the Baja Point Break flavor as it looks delicious. Any red fruit punch flavor of Mountain Dew reminds me of Sangarita Blast, and I hope I'm not mistaken. That was my favorite flavor of all time before it was discontinued at Taco Bell.
☾ The past two days there was a lot of catching up to do at my two closes at work. I'm not sure what happened on the shift before me, but it definitely was not much. Sunday was the worst in terms of things being backed up. The manager let me start an hour early as she said "things are a little backed up." That was... understatement of the year.
☾ I do have today off to do whatever I want. I can browse the forum and see what I missed, if anything. I can also play Mario Kart if I wanted. I'm just looking to enjoy myself.
☾ I had a nice breakfast. I had ramen noodles. They weren't really breakfast, but it's food. I'm happy that I ate something.
