1. Yes, but they have to be fully inside the 3x3 space.
2. Yup, polishing effects are allowed!
3. You can use filters for your first screenshot, but your second has to be without one.

Went with a Zelda inspiration:
Link stumbles upon this odd looking instrument in its home ruins inside a temple, that makes a high melody that echoes in the vast space. Will it be accompanying him in his next adventure? The way it is displayed so invitingly, he couldn't resist grabbing it then showing it off triumphantly like he found a new treasure.
