Charcuterie is something we don't really do here culturally.
But I did my best to come up with something based on what I've seen online.

Here is my entry! I made a charcuterie board for my dnd campaigns new year celebration 🎉 it's not on the best board (I brought the things but the house we were at didn't have enough plates 🤦‍♀️) but it included two types of homemade chutney, and homemade fudge for dessert!

It was a little embarrassing to look in my fridge and cupboards and see how little we have in there since I started going back-and-forth so much. I’ve been doing hardly any grocery shopping so they (hubs & kids) are literally going for the bare minimum when they go. I decided to treat hubs a little when I went to the grocery store and pick him up some fun cheese, cause he’s kind of a cheese snob and then realized if I opened it and repackaged it he might get kind of mad so I only put mine out ha ha ha! But here is my smorgasbord charcuterie of stuff that we all like. Yes, they are only Ritz crackers because our family loves them more than most others out there. I’ve got some green and purple grapes because I like the purple and my youngest like green, some pepperoni that my husband and dogs tend to snack on, some black forest ham, which thankfully we already had because my husband takes his lunch to work every day, same with the Havarti. I cubed up my New York white cheddar because I love it and also picked up some cranberry orange cheddar and threw in my husband‘s baby bree because that’s his most favorite.

My entry for the charcuterie task. I don't really do these so I had to use what I had around. Fortunately we always make a cheese ball for Christmas and the holidays. It's a recipe and tradition of my granny and while she isn't around anymore I love to have one every holiday to remember her.

Please ignore how misshapen it is. I didn't know there was going to be a task and thankfully we didn't eat it all up yet so I turned it to the bottom where it wasn't all sliced into yet lol.

I have some ritz crackers, grapes, chocolate stars, gingerbread cookies, and beef jerky that we just happened to still have in the cupboard from who knows when. We then ate it all 😋

Here's my entry! My board consists of salami, ham, two cheeses (I've been tearing up that snowdonia cheese I'll be so real..), crackers and some açaí blueberry candies covered in dark chocolate. Hope it's okay that I didn't unwrap the boursin as I'm trying to save it until for later.

Hope this is okay for an entry! (I forgot the cheese and breadsticks but it's kinda too late now >.<)

I spend waaaayyyy to much time on this! I was planning to make something more simpel and less detailed. But i was having so much fun with this, I literally spend every day working on it for a whole week… and im pretty pleased?
Its not actual food, but it still looks tasty!

I wanted to feature classic Dutch bitterballen (croquet meat balls?), but these are of course vegetarian :)
