absolutely ^^ if you find that the card stock doesn't work out, you could always wrap PVC in card stock. keep in mind card stock is just thicker paper, it might not hold up the clay well!

it's a vinyl material used for piping. cosplayers use it a lot to make staffs and such.

like that, yeah. you can get them pretty thin, i'd recommend going into a store and looking. some stores might be able to cut them to size for you too.
