Yup, the 'TBT' is the Forum Currency.
If you look at your sidebar, it's under ' Bells ' (you have 959 at the moment)
When you need to transfer TBT to another member, just click on the number there seen displayed in their sidebar.
A popup will appear, letting you input the amount you wish to transfer, and you can also add a note with that transaction.
(example: Payment for villager / items / etc) Hope that make sense! ^^

I actually have one spot open, so I'll be able to get the first one whenever you're ready but I may need time to get room for the other if that's ok! It shouldn't take too long I'm sure since most of the villagers in my town are gonna be moving anyway hehe
