How is Sony's customer service in relation to PS4/PS5 Dualshock drift? Can I send in my controller to them w/o a receipt as long as I explain the situation to them like with Nintendo or are they adamant about "proof of purchase"? Also, will Sony send me any paperwork with the replacement controller to prove it is the replacement they sent me or am I just SOL if I need to send that controller in due to drifting problems?
