Who else hates the small, blocking, non-decoratable rocks on the beach and what do you do with them?

Those rocks that appear on the thin stretches of beach and are super annoying to walk around and look awful (shown below - not my map but it shows the rocks which are in the red boxes)! I HATE THEM SO MUCH! You can't get rid of them either! How does everyone deal with them? I am currently resetting for a new town and looking for a town without them and finding one with all my other requirements is so hard!

Honestly I have no idea what to do with my beaches period. Those rocks aren't helping lol

I actually don't have those rocks at all. I didn't know they were a thing. Maybe use them as a wall for an area on the beach?

I use them as natural markers to section parts of the beach for different decorations.

So similarly, with those 2 on the left, I have a huge bonfire area for sitting.

Oh I don't have any of the small ones. I only have the big ones that reach the water. Is there enough room to put a stool and a painting maybe?

I have two of those on my Western beach too. Totally agree with them being obstructive and eyesores.

My island just doesn't have good beach rocks in general, I see people with really large flat rocks they can actually decorate and mine are small or have raised bits of rock right in the middle, just gives me no room to work with.

I really wish the terraforming was advanced enough to be able to demolish or redevelop the beach rocks. Highly doubt it will ever happen but it's nice to dream.

Oh they're most definitely annoying. I don't do anything with them, except wish to remove them.

They serve a (slight) purpose, since they’re the only place to catch wharf roaches. I do wish it was possible to build and destroy these types of rocks, as well as moving the “border” between the grass and the beach.

I have one of those rocks, but it's a boulder - not flat. So you can't use it to catch wharf roaches or put anything on top of.

To be fair, it doesn't really bother me unless I'm shooting down balloons along the beach (since if you shoot one down over it, it disappears into the rock). Otherwise I just walk around it!

They drive me crazy... one of them ate a gift, so not great for balloon hunting and running past them pushes me close to the ocean making whatever fish was there disappear

Those rocks aren't usually flat, at least the ones I have that are relatively in the same location aren't, so no roach catching for me there

Aesthetically, those rocks don't really bother me. However, functionally, I've had multiple balloons disappear because I misjudged where it would land or I was impatient. XD

I have some on the narrowest part of my beach, so I literally only have one tile of walking space. It’s pretty annoying when a hermit crab spawns there!

I kinda like em, but they do eat your gifts so that’s annoying. I’ll probably want to get one on my new island tho.

I didn’t do anything with mine, though that may be because I haven’t really placed any decorations on my beach areas yet.

I actually don't have these on my island, but I think it's both hilarious and unfortunate that they eat balloon gifts haha!
