We could have 2 hunts, Easy and Hard, (staff will hate me), one easy to collect eggs used to buy regular Easter eggs with teams of 2-3 members allowed OR the possibility to buy additional hints with a special currency earned from mini games ( more work yes..) and a hard one, solely for the golden egg, with maybe 10-12 questions, no collaboration, only one winner, just for people who like challenges.

I still use google! That's how i realized the answer to the first puzzle lol.Personally I used to try my luck on Google lol - so in the example you gave I've would've gone to Google and typed "Bell Tree Forums Vitamin"(it def did not work the majority of the time but a few times it did)
Egg hunts can be rough. I remember being super proud of solving one answer that was firealpaca, and combing through lots and lots of pages for eggs buried lol.

It's just more work for those organizing it doesn't change anything for the egg collector.

What do they do? In my fantasy you would earn that currency with small games like in the halloween tent and it would just allow you to buy hints...just hints....for people who doesn't have 20 friends to give them hints. It's not going to happen, don't worry. Too much trouble.
And for the hard hunt, think of it as an extra, not a full hunt, it would be only for the golden one, nothing else, it's the ultimate one, of course it has to be more challenging.

I like the egg hunt how it is, personally, but maybe the side activities can be expanded instead? Such as having both an egg decorating contest and the collectible contest.
I think the egg hunt is enjoyable to me because of the difficulty, lol. I also like that it’s a knowledge-based event that doesn’t require any supplies other than brute force and determination. A lot of the art and photo events get repetitive to me. The community eggs have helped with the difficulty for newcomers a bit.

I've really enjoyed the egg hunt and love the new egg collectibles, so I just wanted to thank staff for another fun event! I've participated in every egg hunt since I've joined the forum and they're still one of my favourite events. I'm happy we can share hints privately with each other now - I was able to help a few members out, and vice versa.

You can now transfer your leftover eggs to bells! Simply click your egg amount, then click the Transfer tab and input the amount of eggs you'd like to convert into bells. You will receive 20 bells per egg.
Also, if you still have enough egg currency to buy an egg collectible, the collectibles will remain in the shop until Tuesday night EDT.

Hi all, if you're stuck with 1 egg, try inputting 0.99. It looks like some amounts may have been entered as 0.01 (and the difference is being rounded, but this is only visual).
There was a limit left from a previous event, but I've now raised the limit to 7 eggs. Please make a Contact the Staff thread and we can fix that (same for anyone else who tried to transfer too many).

As EGGxasperating as egg hunts can be, I still love doing them!!! I have participated in all 11 egg hunts on the forum with the exception of the first one when the site first started because I was not here yet and that one was not like these 11 that we’ve had so far. Some of the past hunts have been BRUTAL. (Especially my first couple of them!)

i noticed at the last second that i transferred .01 instead of 1 bc of the +/- buttons, i tried inputting .99 and it took the rest of it but i don't think the bells went through
