Happy birthday!I'm actually happy with how my belted kingfisher drawing is turning out. It's for our summer art exam, we have to have a booklet made with mindmaps and development etc. I already have plenty planned for it, and I feel like the way the bird came out is indicative that this'll be good (I'm ignoring my misspelling of the theme Halcyon Days and focusing on the positives). I want to post the art, but I'll wait until I have more of my booklet done before I do. But yeah, I'm pretty excited with how it's turning out so far
My birthday was pretty fun. We got these candles that open up like flowers when you light them and play the 'happy birthday' tune. We bought two different types of the same thing, and before we lit the first one, I jokingly scooted my chair away from the table since we were joking that something was going to go wrong, but then when we lit it (for some reason the candle was spring loaded?? And not built securely to the base?? Lol) and it legit jumped into the air and landed where I would have been sitting, and one of the plastic 'petals' broke off and landed, somehow, upwards on the table cloth, so thankfully nothing went on fire lmao. So I'm pretty happy I don't have burns
Had one of those caterpillar cakes from Aldi for nostalgia, since I haven't had one in over a decade. For the same reason we also watched Monsters Inc. Was a pretty fun day all things considered.

they look so pretty, I really love how they're designed. These are some of my favourite collectibles (since the moment I saw them) along with last years eggs, so I'm really stoked about having them

That was technically possible during the naughty or nice Christmas event a few years ago. You could 'steal' collectibles and they would disappear from said user's lineup.
Man....
They weren't stolen or lost. It was just for the funsies. Or you could pelt people with snowballs via a react and if they got hit too many times by other members their avatar would get covered in more and more snow. Or you could be nice and give cocoa to melt the snow or return collectibles. But being nice cost bells so most were naughty.
Now I wished I knew about this site sooner
