I’ve been struggling with this boss fight in Persona Phantom X. I was making progress tonight but kept dying before I reached final phase of the fight. I used most of my coffee to get enough personas to fuse into Alice; it helped a lot but still wasn’t enough. I know I need revelation cards with better stats, but I didn’t have enough stamina or coffee, and don’t think even if I used all the time that is left in event, I’d be lucky enough to get even one perfect revelation card or close to perfect. I ended up dipping into my metagems and managed to get Haru to A1. Not sure if I’ll be able to earn as much metagems as I used before Violet’s banner comes (I have my fingers crossed that I will), but honestly, I’m really happy I decided to get Haru’s A1 since she is really fun to use; I was able to clear the fight, though it took a couple more tries. I figured to go for her since there aren’t that many units that want now, and if I don’t have enough for Violet and her weapon, she’ll have a rerun eventually. So I’m happy I got her awareness up and the boss fight done.

Also happy that I’ve been getting more random friend requests in the game.

Earlier I finished making a collage for my island journal; I have just one more to do before I can make my next entry. I’m not sure though if I’ll get back to playing quite yet since I’m focused still on something else, but at least I’ll be able to get one long overdue thing that I wanted to do out of the way.

I worked out today for the first time in months and I'm so proud of myself!

Also I'm working on my new avatar and have pretty much finished the basic drawing today. I'll still probably do some retouches, but now whats left is the animation part. I'm a little worried it won't turn out as cute and bouncy as my current Smallfry, but worst case scenario I'll just go back to it. Still, I finally got something done here after thinking about it for days.

And also I got a reward from Jhine7's shop! This made me extra happy!

Finally finished all my Christmas exams today! I lwk cooked in the art exam, even though I only started studying the morning of - same with construction. Who knew the realism and impressionism were easy to write essays on? My Irish exam was alright, not the best but to be fair I didn't study so I should have expected that (the prose stories they chose this year are so boring, I genuinely can't get invested in them). But given the study I actually did, I'm really happy with how I did the tests. Here's to receiving good results, too

Haven’t posted here for a while, but I finally finished my Honours project for the year, and I got my results back and I managed to get first class!! More relieved than anything but I’m grateful it’s worked out and now I have a lot more free time!!

Trying to get back into doing art more regularly as well, I finished my secret Santa art for the event @/Balverine is hosting and started on a gift for some close friends!

- Started playing Fantasy Life on my 3DS ^_^ It's been really fun. It is a little confusing at times because I'm not sure if I can use the skills from one life if I start another.. so I've just been a miner for the entire time I've been playing xD I was able to get a pet with my bliss bonuses :0 I got a dog, and named her after my late one. That way she'll always be with me c:

Ahh I love Fantasy life! I know you posted like a week ago so apologies if I’m telling you something you already know now, but just in case,, you can generally use skills from all lives, like if you were doing tailoring and swapped to hunter you can still go sew. However, some advanced things like certain weapons/tools or skills etc. may be locked unless you’re currently doing the life!

• I finished Life Is Strange True Colors and it’s DLC and started Life is Strange: Double Exposure!! Yay!!
• I have a Christmas party to go to tonight
• I got a lot of exercise in today, 45 min on the treadmill
• My mood is very good
• I started playing My Sims from the My Sims cozy bundle and it’s so cute!!
• Excited for the holidays!

Today was not good but there were a few things that made me happy.

My mom made chili and corn bread today; yesterday I asked if she was cooking this week and she asked me what I wanted. I was undecided but went with her suggestion of chili. I didn’t expect her to make it today since she didn’t have to, but she did. It was really good!

The Christmas presents that I ordered for my nieces just got shipped recently (also one thing my mom let me pick for myself as part of my Christmas presents).

My mom told me a lot of my presents might not be here in time because they were from overseas, so she wanted me to have a few things to open. She also kinda let it slip that she may have got me one of the games I asked for (Fantasy Life) . She said she didn’t see any games on my list and when I told her about one being digital and what one. I like surprises and want to forget the bit of slip ups my mom kinda made, but I would be lying if I said this didn’t make me happy lol.

I finished making my second collage for my island journal; all I need to do now is write my next entry and post it. I’ll start tomorrow since I honestly forgot everything that I did in the game last time I played; will need to go in the game and see if that helps refresh my memory.

Edit:

One of my games is having a collab with Re: Zero. I got a new unit from free ticket, a free old rerun unit from a ticket (after wasting all my crystals trying to get her ), got an old ark that I wanted in one of my first pulls too. Good reminder that I still need to watch this anime. I’m still interested in finding out about Puck.

Hopefully they have no more collabs that I’m interested in for awhile after this . Need to save up again and I haven’t been playing at all.

I played a bit of the story where I left off and the story still seems to be as good as I remembered it to be. It is still the only gacha game (aside from Genshin up to Natlan; not sure how the recent story is since I’m taking a break) that has a really solid story.

In spite my mistake of wasting my crystals and not seeing they gave us a free old rerun unit/ark ticket, this cheered me up a little.

My partner surprised me today with an early Christmas present ;u;
For reasons, they're not gonna be able to to come over for Christmas, and they and my mum split the cost on this for me- So behind my back they went and organised to sneakily give it to me today so they could both see me open it

It was just really sweet and aaa I'm just really grateful for them

made hot chocolate after craving it for, like, two months lol (i kept forgetting to get some at the store whoopsie)! i added some andes mints as well so it's like a peppermint dark hot chocolate!

- I had some spinach and feta pizza for dinner that tasted yummy.
- Worked on some artworks and almost completed a drawing.
- Took a power nap in the afternoon.
- Played some video games and made some progress in the post game of Pokemon Legends: Z-A.
- Completed some homework and I received an A on my finals and a quiz. Glad I finished the semester, now I can relax.

- I got plenty of rest this morning.
- Completed a tulip drawing in colored pencils using an online tutorial. I mainly used a colorless blender and a white pencil to blend the colors.

- Ate some takeout for lunch that tasted great.
- Played Pokémon Legends: Z-A and caught Yveltal. Also, I played Smash Bros and Mario Kart with some relatives.
- Having a sleepover at my cousin's house and I'm spending time with her kids.

Also rewatched some episodes of Sarah Jane adventures~ And played more Pokemon Z A

I've been using really banged up Wiimotes for a while now, on which the buttons are getting really unresponsive, so I ordered two new ones! I'm glad I can finally play games like Taiko No Tatsujin or Kirby's Epic Yarn without having to improvise and work around the half-broken buttons ^^! I can also keep using the old ones for Wii sports when I play with others, too. Very glad of that.

I started dating my now-girlfriend today and she is amazing! It was hard to open up about I felt, but she's 100% worth it. We both accept each other's illnesses and I feel like I can be myself around her. It helps we're both autistic and communicate similarly.

My sugar cookies turned out great! And I made them into Pokemon shapes!

My pumpkin and tomato soup turned out great! (Two different soups not mixed) Going to thaw them out for Christmas week and have soup for days!!!

Some things I've been waiting forever in the mail finally arrived.

I finished my secret santa drawing And I'm getting close with finishing a story I've been writing for my penpal. I hope to have it done before Christmas so I can gift it to them.
