Today has been okay!

I’ve been binge watching One Piece; I’m really enjoying the Wano arc so far . It has been really nice watching it with no ads, not to mention it has given me much needed laughs .

That’s really it for today. I had some other things I wanted to do but I’m enjoying the series too much; I’ll save those plans for another time .

What happened yesterday:
- I ate some steamed momos and chowmein for dinner that tasted great.
- Played LoZ: Ocarina of Time and removed the six barriers in Ganon's Castle. Now I need to prepare for the final showdown.
- Went shopping and bought some jackets.

What happened today:
- The weather was nice and sunny today.
- Worked on a sketch of a horse in colored pencil. The process is slow, but colors are nice and opaque on the toned paper.

Back in February, I backed a Makeship campaign for a Buddy Gator mini plush (though they didn't really need my help, since it flew past its goal). If you don't know what Buddy Gator is, it's a series of web-comics that are just truly wholesome, and kind, and good. Since the campaign was celebrating Buddy Gator's 4th anniversary, and these comics are always warm and make me smile, it's something I wanted to support! Anyway, after 3.5 months, the thing I'm happy about today is that my Gator has arrived! The quality is really good. It's soft, the stuffing is firm, and the stitching and embroidery all look really neat/clean.

I really didn't need another plush, but I think mini Gator will be a good reminder of the sentiment of the comics; to bring goodness, to love the people around you, and to love yourself (I'm mushy, I know).

• I slept good last night one of my cats (Mustachio) woke me up this morning snuggling with me
• I finished a painting I was working on yesterday! It’s scanned now so I can print off pictures of it to give people as a guide during the painting class I’m teaching
• I’m also going to be ordering some rocks for a rock painting event I’m doing too!
• I scheduled my next violin lesson
• Listening to some lovely Celtic instrumental music this morning
• Cleaned my apartment yesterday
• Should have time to sketch and practice violin when I get back from my errands today

Have not been too happy in past days but feel a bit brighter today.

- Was suuuper nervous but sent in my notice yesterday evening via email. Nervous because my new job offer is conditional pending references and none had been sent yet. Luckily I found out today that my former job sent over a reference this morning, and the hiring manager thinks it should be okay (will find out later today). Just waiting on my personal tutor lol,, I bet she's on holiday or smthing smh

- Should be getting a lift home tonight which saves me £3

- Also have the day off tomorrow. I'm hoping I'll be able to finally relax on that day once all this reference stuff is sorted, I've been really anxious about it for some reason, I think bc uncertainty regarding jobs really scares me. I keep coming up with doom scenarios.

- It's actually sort of sunny today, or at least not raining. I've missed the sun

- We've got some new bonne mamam crunchy peanut butter and I'm obsessed, maybe my fav peanut butter of all time?

☾ I’ve been playing Pokemon Ultra Sun over the past couple of days! So far I’ve caught Murkrow and Rockruff for my main team, and I just completed my first grand trial!!

☾ I ordered a few things before my surgery last week and they’ve all arrived!! ;w; Got another card for my mini-bromide album and a few plushes from a drop I was excited for—especially exciting, Mitosis Ouioui from Series & came home!! It and Fossil A are among some of my favorite Series & Ouiouis, so I’m v v happy to have them both ;v;

☾ My mom and I caught up with some of Markiplier, CoryxKenshin, and Danny Gonzalez’s recent videos this evening!

HOLY HYLIA. I JUST DID SOMETHING UNBELIEVABLE AND AMAZING IN BREATH OF THE WILD.

I'M NOT LYING. THIS IS 100% TRUE.

This boss is one that players get tons of game overs from. It's considered one of the hardest bosses in the game. It's even harder than Calamity Ganon.

I think I'm the first player EVER to do this. This feels so SURREAL.

Maybe this happened because it took me lots of trial and error on my first playthrough, and the skills I've obtained have been committed to memory. Or maybe the fact that I had the Master Sword. Most likely both of them.

I had a ton of food on me, and I only ate a small handful of meals.

Once again, I'm NOT LYING. THIS IS THE HONEST TRUTH.

On my FIRST ATTEMPT, I beat THUNDERBLIGHT GANON.

Summary of the last few days:

On Monday my new smart band arrived and it's a huge improvement compared to my previous one which I'd had for six years. I really like its features, how it works and how it feels. I'm very happy I decided to purchase it!

On the same day my phone randomly died while I was checking out the new band for the first time So on Tuesday I ordered a new one and it arrived the next day. Yesterday and today I've spent way too much time setting the phone up and it's still not done. It's also quite an improvement over the previous one. It has some new features I enjoy, some I'm not so sure about, but overall I'm happy with it, though I would've preferred if the old one was still working.
