Additional happies for today!

- My last exercise session for the week went well and I'm progressively getting stronger by the month. I'm able to lift weights with ease now that I struggled with before.

- Came home and fed my kitties, and loved on my favorite. I let her into my room because I realized I had been neglecting her, and she probably doesn't have much time left. I pet her a bunch while crying and she nudged against me to let me know it's okay.

- Enjoyed catching up with some friends from here and I plan on reaching out to a few more folks.

- Looking forward to doing more ZZZ commissions tonight and also the newest episode of My Hero Academia!

It's Friday and I'm ready for the weekend! Sleeping in, watching my shows, playing games, and chilling at home with my husband and my dog is all I want to do.

I had a calm day at work and made more progress on the files for next week. Fingers crossed I don't run into issues on Monday so I can wrap things up.

The increased dose on my medication is definitely making a difference. I could feel it tonight when we were at the grocery store. Things that I normally would have found irritating and stressful, I just took in stride. I still have to work at the more complex stuff, but it's nice to have something take the edge off and help me deal with life's minor annoyances.

It's Bonk's birthday!!!! my baby is officially 3!!

We've been going through a heat wave where I live, so my pool has been warm enough to swim in at night. Last night my sister and I bought a bunch of glow sticks and threw them in the pool. Plus she bought us some Barbies to play with. I got a mermaid with a tail that lights up, it really illuminated the water and was so pretty. She got a Ken doll and some tropical clothing (including some heart shaped glasses), and we got a donut shaped floatie for him. It was a lot of fun, really helped me feel better as I've been struggling with depression a lot lately. I love my sister.

I've had a quiet but good day.

Had a chat with the decorator we'd like to paint/wallpaper our living room and we finally managed to find a date that works for all three of us for a consultation.

Managed to healthily consume enough calories today and I've not needed to take as many painkillers. I've also had more energy. I feel like I'm recovering well.

I went for a walk this afternoon and it didn't tire me out as much as Friday's walk. I picked up one of the Animal Crossing Lego sets and some new pyjamas at 45% off. I've not worn actual pyjamas in years but the material was super comfortable so I thought why not? Wearing them now.

My partner's at a birthday party for someone I don't know. So I'm having a chill evening in watching American Pie Presents: Band Camp. I've not seen this movie since I was a teenager!

She got her birthday mani-pedi (aka she got her claws trimmed) the other day, and her groomer did a birthday photoshoot with her! Look how snazzy and gorgeous she is!! View attachment 571536 I'm totally not biased at all

My girl's been very spoiled today; she got more presents today than I did for my last 3 birthdays LOL. My mom and I got her 3 new wand toys, 2 balls, a toy mouse (that moves. and feels like a real mouse..), a crinkle bag toy, 3 adorable sushi toys and an axolotl toy!! Plus many treats, of course. Her favourites so far are the wand toys, but she also enjoyed chasing and whacking the mouse around!

Life is hard, but my Bonk is happy, healthy, safe, loved and a year older, and those are blessings that I'll never take for granted. I've experienced a lot of loss and grief over the last 3 years, just yesterday being the 2nd anniversary of my kitten Alize's passing, so today means everything. Getting to watch Bonk grow older is a miracle. She is the most annoying and clingiest cat I've ever met, but she's also the silliest and sweetest little baby. Every day that starts and ends with her here is a good day. She's saved my life so many times, and I'll forever be grateful to and for her. I hope she knows just how much I adore her

Happy birthday again, beautiful Bonk! My girls and I wish mew the most meowvelous birthday and Xara the most awesome day too!

My day has just started; I want to say it is good so far in spite of the scare I had just now (my dad left the back door open and Jewels got outside ).

Today I got the special research for Marshadow in pokemon go. I was really anxious since I didn’t see the research task until today; I did see that it’d appear once the event started and I played during it. I hope i can get out and find some pokestops; I’m glad it stays until I complete it.

I’ve been getting some good wonder trades and regular trades through Pokemon home. I got some shinies, another roaming gimmighoul (i got my first through a ditto trade), two legendaries (I might trade for more since I got multiples of some shinies today).

I was really hoping for the shiny gamestop version but I’m still happy with this.

I bred a few more perfect iv Bulbasaurs . I evolved two of them and moved all three to Pokemon home. I reorganized my boxes in Pokemon home.

I finally got Manaphy & Phione in Pokemon Arceus; I meant to do this when the game was first released and I found out about them so it’s nice I got one long overdue thing done.

I caught a lot of shinies today; I got one more shiny alolan raichu, shiny raichus in one mass outbreak and one had a mark, two shiny Pikachus from the same one & one had a mark, one shiny pichu. Yesterday I caught a shiny Mimikyu; also got a shiny meowstic in a raid.

Today's been great! I got to stay up and play more Zenless Zone Zero. I ended up taking a nap and then finishing the last of the available side quests in the game, so I'm all good on that until next patch! I also got a haircut finally and I look so much better because of it. Now I'm just going to use the rest of the evening to chill with some more Pokemon. Hoping everyone has an amazing weekend!

☾ Watched another episode of Hunter x Hunter with my parents this morning! I love this show but good LORD the emotional damage it’s inflicted. and I don’t even think it's done yet akjdfslkfsk

☾ On a much lighter note, we also watched SmallishBeans’ new Hermitcraft video this evening!

☾ I got to play Pokémon White 2 some more today, and I’m currently part of the way through Victory Road!!

☾ Also played through the returning Fantasy Fair in Fashion Dreamer! Since I already got to make the fairy outfits during its first run, I haven’t used my extra copies of the limited patterns yet; I’ll probably save them for a while.

I slept in today and felt more energetic when I woke up.

I had a nice day at home, just like I planned. I watched Bridgerton and My Hero Academia.

The pajama pants I ordered arrived and I tried them out. The material is really soft and thin enough for summer.

These happy things actually happened to me the other day, back on the 13th. I was going to post yesterday, but I forgot to. Well, better late than never, I suppose.

♥ My very favorite Animal Crossing villager, T-Bone, appeared on an in-game advertisement regarding summer-themed clothes for the very first time in Pocket Camp! I was practically bouncing off the walls for a while out of happiness. I even decided to purchase the clothes he's wearing for my player character, Hayley, to wear!
I also like Tia, the only other villager in the same advertisement, and I think she looks cute in that dress, but I don't love her nearly as much as I love T-Bone!

♥ I was picking apple trees and using fertilizer to grow them back to complete a limited time only quest, and I got a perfect apple!

♥ I managed to catch a golden stag! It is much easier to catch bugs in Pocket Camp rather than on any other installment of Animal Crossing, but I'm still happy about my catch!

♥ I leveled up my friendship with Vic, and I obtained his picture! Vic is one of my favorite villagers. It is also much easier to befriend a villager in Pocket Camp compared to the other games.

♥ I had been binge-watching episodes of SpongeBob SquarePants on Paramount+ to celebrate the show's 25th anniversary!

♥ I really enjoy wishing forum members' birthdays on their profile comments, I feel genuinely happy doing so!

- Managed to sleep for 8+ hours for the first time in a while, and even had a 2 hour nap after breakfast. Yesterday at work must have really tired me out!
- Did a 20 minute workout!
- Made chilli cheese fries for dinner.
- The mini trifle sponge cakes I got from the work staff room go surprisingly well with my coffee
- My UK GHIC card arrived the other day. I already have travel insurance but it's useful to have the card anyway in case of emergencies.
- 7 weeks to go before my trip.......

I tried the wendy's bacon fries today. This was something that I've wanted to try for a while. I have a weird interest in fast food specialties and this one has eluded me. I did try the wendy's pretzel baconator a while back and I thought it was a little bland.

This was decent. I think the quality will depend heavily on location, but ours was pretty good. I'm not sure why American cheese is always completely covering the food, but it was melted properly so I was okay with it. (but like, I reached the bottom and couldn't even taste the fries anymore).

Also I mostly just wanted something nice for myself, since I've felt a little up and down with adjusting to a medication.

Found out through my other player I can make dream addresses, and such for the other switch Island; so that's amazing.
Also for that Island, checked today, and my Island is at 3 stars, so I can terraform and plan how it's gonna look. I hope to make a grand castle; the villager's kingdom will be in the middle, so to make it more grand I plan to put it up on the highest tier. 3rd tier.

Not much going on right now, but it's good to be positive, I suppose.

☾ I set aside the last of my things I'm taking with me for the move, which is basically just clothing. I didn't realize how little I actually had until now. Being a minimalist is so liberating, lmao. It'll be easy to transport my things, thankfully.
☾ I'm happy to get out of this current apartment, although we haven't found anything else yet despite having until the 31st to get out. Surprisingly, that's not my biggest concern right now as there's something else, but hopefully I find a solution to it. If I had a job with reasonable hours, this whole issue could be solved, by the way.
☾ I unintentionally took this photo of the neighbor's cat. I love how she looks with the hockey sticks! Her pose is just perfect in this.

☾ Got to see an episode of Haikyu and the new One Piece with my parents this morning! and it was such a good episode omg. Shanks is seriously super cool aaaaaaaa

☾ Later on we also watched ZombieCleo’s most recent Hermitcraft video!! The court case nearly killed me, it was so funny it did not feel anywhere close to 37 minutes long. I hope to see more lawsuits in the future

☾ I made it to the Pokémon League in White 2! Hopefully I’ll be able to defeat the Elite Four/Champion next time, I’m looking forward to postgame stuff!
