The Final Fantasy MTG deck that I had ordered arrived today.

A bit upset that I damaged the box while opening it though.

The art looks amazing! I was lowkey hoping all the cards were foil because it was really expensive (I’m guessing the even pricier version of the deck is all foil) but I’m still happy with it. Might look at getting a foil version of Auron’s card later since he’s my favorite character, along with other favorite FF characters of mine (or just the regular version if the foil version is too much. Some are going for $65-600+ .)

My mom made rhubarb pie today; one with just raisins added and the other with strawberries and raisins added .

I got the highest rank I ever got in any of the treasure map difficulties in OPTC. I could have gotten rank 10 but I couldn’t stay awake for four more hours .

The rewards could be much better, but I’m still really happy just to get this rank since I thought that even before the servers merged it would be impossible to get this high rank (then again, I think the game is losing a lot of players and maybe that is why or most players are in New World League).

I had fun playing Among Us this weekend! I was happy we had enough people to play Classic .

I went on a nice walk with a neighbor and their dog, who always thinks its hyper-zoomy-play-time every time she sees me (the dog, not my neighbor). It was a beautiful day, with a nice cool breeze, great for a short walk around the neighborhood. It was a happy day.

I went for a walk in the woods today and because it's national holiday and people were all in their pools or having BBQ, I had the woods ALL for myself.
It was hot today but there was also a nice breeze and the trees and flowers were very fragrant. It smelled so good.
It made me very happy.

Considering playing to ACNH under the trees now.

So, my dad and I went back to the DPS, since we have been needing to get his license renewed and me a state ID. We were turned away last week, but we give it another try today and...

I SHOULD FINALLY GET MY ID IN THE MAIL IN A COUPLE WEEKS!
I HAVE WAITED ON THIS MOMENT FOR YEARS! YOU GUYS HAVE NO IDEA HOW HAPPY AND RELIEVED I FEEL!

After that, we went back home to drop off our documents (since you need to being stuff to prove your identity) and picked up my brother and we ate at Huddle House. I, of course, had my favorite -- a burger and fries.
It was still morning, but they serve the full menu all day. ^_^

I started a group text with my closest nearby neighbors. I think they were all a bit skeptical until I sent a group message about police activity right outside our doors. Suddenly they are supporting me, and want to start a neighborhood watch because its good to look out for one another!

It pays to have a neighbor who has late night work hours, and gets home after midnight and sits outside into the wee hours.

I am kind of happy to be a watch dog that is bringing my neighbors closer together! Police activity isnt unusual here, unfortunately, but not bad. So its nice to have people looking out for each other at all hours.
