☾ I’m almost entirely caught up with housework after the holidays!! I’ve got one more thing I’m hoping to take care of tomorrow, and it’ll be back to normal after that! ^^ My calendar app hasn’t been giving me notifications like it’s supposed to lately, but I played around with the settings and hopefully that fixes it! I use my calendar app to help me keep track of non-daily chores ahaha
☾ Played Pocket Camp Complete a little bit today and made some event progress!! Also found a cookie jar island when I refreshed!
☾ I finished some personal art today and got started on another piece! On that note my tablet screen has been wearing down (I've had it for like... over six years now), but thankfully my replacement arrived today! ;v; I'm gonna keep using my old one until I can't anymore, but I feel so much better knowing I have a backup now

New Year’s Eve was crazy busy at work but still good . I picked up Chinese food on the way home and it was so good. We invited my aunt to join us and we exchanged gifts with her since she hadn’t been here for Christmas.
New Year’s Day was a nice and relaxing since I had the day off. We took Aurora to the park for her morning walk. Got some yard work done. Also got some cleaning and laundry done. Played mysims and ACNH in the evening after taking Aurora for her evening walk.
Today was ok a bit stressful at work but a nice afternoon. Got the rest of the yard work done . The weather has been warm but will be getting colder on the weekend. Played ACNH and finally went back to check my island rating and now my second island is at 5 stars.
️ Finished the book I was reading and now thinking about which one to start next.

- I think sitting outside my bedroom after over 12 hours is helping me feel less like a deflated potato sack
Happy today because I got up early and was productive at work. I got paid today, and also received more comments on how helpful I've been there. There's also some job openings that came up, and I'm going to apply for one of them. I'm not expecting to actually get the promotion, but it'd at least be good interviewing experience for me! 
Also had my favorite coffee drink and have had fun playing my games today. The Wuthering Waves update is SO good, and flight in this game is a really neat mechanic. Last, but certainly not least, the Dallas Mavericks take on the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight. The Mavs have almost all their players back, and the Cavs are missing some, which should level the playing field a bit. Should be a fun game to watch!

- Watched some MASHLE Season 2 :3 Makes me happy because I'm REALLY enjoying it, but kind of sad at the same time.. 
I promised I'd watch it with someone I am no longer friends with. Sigh. Such is life, I guess :") Although, I will say, Mash cheers me up so! Something to be happy about!
- I've been playing a LOT of ZZZ trying to catch up on the story. I just met Victoria Housekeeping (ELLEN MY BELOVED!!!!!!), and I'm doing that quest now! I can't wait to meet Burnice, since she's probably my all time favorite now hehe.. >:3
- My dad made breakfast for dinner! We had some farm fresh sausage, bacon, and eggs! So we made sausage gravy and biscuits, bacon, and some fried eggs. Really tasty!!!
- Going to the theatres tonight to see Sonic 3. My sister, @Azzy and her gf wanted to see Nosferatu, but I cannot do horror movies.. T^T so I'm going to see Sonic 3 with her bf instead xD I'm really excited, I have not been to the movies in such a long time! I think the last time I went was for the Demon Slayer S2/S3 thingy, with my boyfriend.
- I got some cool things at work yesterday! We already have our Valentine's Day stuff out.. they had AVENGERS Valentines.. but that's not even the BEST PART. THEY HAD BUCKY VALENTINES!!
Snatched those RIGHT up! I also got some false lashes since it's.. literally the Dollar Tree, lol. I may wear those tonight :3
- Gonna clean my room up a bit before I leave. It's starting to get really bad, lol. But cleaning makes me happy! I love a nice, clean, room. Especially since it's where I spend a good majority of my time.

Mood isn’t the best but am happy about a couple things:
I chatted a bit with everyone in a discord group a bit about Genshin. I’ve been wanting to chat about the story but I’m still dealing with a lot of social anxiety and feeling shy to chat much there. I was really happy to see that others felt similar about the recent story as me. I was worried my thoughts would come off weird since when I get excited or fixate on something, it is more than “normal” since I have OCD; kinda embarrassing when I think about it. I’ve been feeling kinda down because being disappointed by the story, but this helped cheer me up a bit. It encouraged me too to keep sending them feedback. Since they seemed to have listened to the feedback about the teapot load that I used to send them about along with other suggestions, it gives me a sliver of hope they are at the very least reading and considering feedback. Ofc, that was only one of many things I sent but still I honestly didn’t expect them to give us more load in the teapot, so it is something

I got some nice units in OPTC; neither I was trying for, but I’m happy about regardless- one was a debut unit (I’m trying to get a Law unit that I’ve been wanting for a few years and Yamato/Ace).
Luffy is the debut unit. When I pulled him, there was a special animation (it’s part of the artwork). I really need to get caught up to One Piece.
Spanky was being really cute; she was sleeping in her bed but then she went to sleep in a small box lol.
I am really glad everyone that I play Among Us with are so understanding and kind; I’m really grateful. Today I forgot there was a session 
. I’m kinda embarrassed since I had it in my reminders and notify me. I’m looking forward to tomorrow (assuming I won’t forget).
I’m happy I got to chat with @Giddy & @Xara a little today.
I finished some character stories in Genshin lately and I enjoyed all except the Mavuika one. I thought Sigwinne’s would be boring and I had doubts about Clorinde’s, but both ended up being fun and interesting. I started Emilie’s — not very optimistic that I’ll like it 
; I’m not really interested in characters who don’t show up in the main story.
Next week I have a day set to play Genshin with two friends. I’m looking forward to it

- I went for a car stroll early in the morning with my mother and sister on New Year's Day! It was extremely relaxing with very few cars on the road, so we were cruising at least half of the time! For fun, I even reset the trip odometer a few minutes after starting the car stroll and found that I drove over 100km lol.
- I received quite a few gifts and I'm quite surprised with what I've got since I didn't really ask for anything aside from one thing.
- I got two Lego sets that are Formula 1 cars, more specifically the McLaren and Mercedes! I've never really been into Lego, but even after attempting to assemble the former and making good progress, I'm having a lot of fun. It's definitely going to take some time putting it all together, but the process is worth it.
- I got a new phone accompanied with a phone case, screen protector, and ear buds! My old one isn't doing great with poor battery life, a cracked screen, and constantly running full on storage despite deleting photos and only having a few apps installed. Thankfully, I was able to transfer all the stuff from my old phone to the new one, so it's been smooth sailing since.
- For the last two points, I got two new games! One is WRC 10 (which is short for World Rally Championship!) where you drive through narrow paths on dirt, asphalt, or snow setting the best time possible.
- The second one is The Legend of Zelda - Echoes of Wisdom! I haven't touched the game yet since I find myself with a gaming backlog all of a sudden (the games in question are Cozy Grove, art of rally, and the aforementioned WRC 10), so I'm going to be a busy for at least a couple of months gaming wise lol.
- I'm happy with the gifts I gave to my mother and father. This goes double for my sister who was very happy with my gift. Well uh, the thing is, I gifted her an orange beanie from the Parappa the Rapper series. Despite my sister not touching the games at all, she absolutely loved it!
- I started making progress on the McLaren set. I already completed the first bag at this point. Two more to go!
- I started playing WRC 10. Rallying in general is a new experience to me since I'm not very used to driving through very narrow pathways while avoiding obstacles and listening to the pace notes at the same time from my in-game co-driver. So many things to focus on, but still quite fun for me! You may occasionally find me grinding against the guardrails, in a ditch, lost in the bushes, or straight up drive off the cliff somehow oops.
January 2, 2025
- Back at work again, but it was pretty chill. The highlight for me, though? I had to bring in a car for the millionth time that had a manual transmission which was a success without stalling. In fact, I was very excited since I'm getting the hang of moving one from a standstill. It's funny because back in 2023, I'd be very nervous! By the way, it was a Mazda hehehe.
- I continued to play WRC 10. One event which required me to drive an Audi Quattro A1 Rally within a specified time was quite tough to conquer. It took me a few attempts, but eventually succeeded after getting a decent run!

- I have the day off from work! I spent most of the day relaxing hehehe.
- I didn't go outside, but it felt nice to see the sun shining again with clear skies after dealing with cloudy weather in the past few days.
- Played a bit of Gran Turismo 7.
- I finally got to watch Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl with my mother and sister! As a person who watched the older films in the past at a much younger age, I really enjoyed the movie and I wouldn't mind watching it again in the future. I found myself smiling for the most part while recognizing a few callbacks to the earlier films. It's so surreal that a new Wallace and Gromit movie came out in 2025 (actually, those who live in the UK are lucky to watch it earlier on Christmas Day while the rest of the world had to wait over a week lol). Heck, I never thought we'd get another one at all since the last Wallace and Gromit film they released was way back in 2008 called A Matter of Loaf and Death, so you could imagine my reaction when I saw the trailer of Vengeance Most Fowl last year back in early November! But yeah, I'll stop rambling about this point now. Can you really blame me for being so happy to see that they brought back Wallace and Gromit after almost two decades?
You should definitely give it a shot when you have free time! I got the game about a week ago and I've had so much fun with it so far. As someone who isn't a Zelda fan, that definitely means something!

Ahh! I should probably mention something I'm happy about right now while I'm at it- my dad got two new fish recently! They're white and they have these pretty orange marks on them. I should probably show a photo when I can! I also helped my partner with a lineup of theirs and I'm in love with it. <3
I also commissioned @/MrBox for some art yesterday, and today it was finished! It's so adorable, I had to use it in my siggy immediately.

- Played New Leaf. I saw Katrina's Tent for the first time, but I was too late to enter the tent! I went on a Kapp'n Tour and caught several fish and bugs for Blathers: Red Snapper, Butterfly Fish, Horned Dynastid, Hermit Crab, Goliath Beetle and a Saw Stag. Kidd gave me a Time Capsule to bury. Buck sent me a letter with a present, a jackhammer! Updated my house, due to be finished tomorrow. Shrunk told me his Love joke, so I have the love ability now! Also, saw Redd and bought a Nice painting.
- Blossom got her first bath of 2025. Got all her bedding, blankets and towels washed and dried.
- Ordered a Samsung Fit 3 watch. It arrived today, I've had another few Fitness/Smart watches, but Samsung is always my favourite. The screen is so responsive and love their are so many faces.
- Blossom's new bed arrived. I've aired it, washed it and now it's currently drying hopefully it will be dried for tomorrow.
- My reindeer costume arrived and Blossom looked as if she had so much fun when I walked through the door with it on! It was so funny!

Had a well sleep in, and should do the same tomorrow~
Did some other sketching in my book, mainly focusing on how to do eyes. Felt, I did sorta okay, then not with some eyes, and then I decided to sketch the eyes of my cats; this was after planing to look in the mirror at my own eye and forgot to do so XD Funnily enough each of my cats have their own different eye shape, if I drew it correctly.
Did some suduko, and also had a lovely bath/shower, my hair really needed it.
Cleaned my room a tiny bit.~
Plan to play some video games and read a book~

I'm getting some 3ds games for my bday 
took a while to work up the courage to ask because I'm very shy about asking for things, more so irl than online, but I'm really glad I did. Went looking on amazon with my dad and ebay with my mam to find any that piqued my interest. We had about eight in the basket in the end so that I could narrow down from the selection I chose, and I was expecting one, maybe two in total because of prices, but my parents ordered me five! I do feel bad about how much they spent on me though. I never ask for bday or Christmas presents though, so I think they're glad I actually spoke about what I'd like for once lol.
It was a pretty hard choice between the eight, but unfortunately I had to kick out Fire Emblem, PersonaQ, and Yokai Watch. But in the end I'm getting LEGO Lord of the rings, LEGO the hobbit (I had to, the lego games look so goofy lol), Monster Hunter Generations, Layton's Mystery Journey, and LoZ A Link Between Worlds. I've never played any of these games so it was a hard choice to make on which ones I would get, but I can't wait to try out the ones my parents bought when they arrive (still lowkey annoyed at myself for choosing lego hobbit over PersonaQ but what's done is done).
I really can't wait until they arrive. They should be coming a day or two after my bday, which I'm excited about. So yep, very happy over here!
