Maybe Storm should just make a scammer list and lock the topic so nobody posts in it. When at least 3 users report the same person for scamming, they will be added to the list. Hm?

Which is exactly what I said. There's no more point to this topic unless the staff removes all the spam or just create a topic where THEY'RE in charge of placing the names on there.
