Hi there, snoot! We're going to have some fun here: it's time to decorate our very own tree, and we're going to do it together. There's one... slight problem though, the baubles suffered an unfortunate accident on their way to our little holiday market. Such things happen when they make the elephant handle these things, snoot. Not to worry - I can make us some replacements. Although I would appreciate your help with the designs...
How it worksThis is an ACNH screenshot event. And we're going to use our screenshots to decorate our very own TBT Christmas tree!
We will be doing this by picking our subject...
Applying the fish-eye filter in the camera function...
Note: You will need to have bought the 'Pro Camera App' from the Nook Stop in Resident Services to unlock this filter
And then running the design through the bauble machine to create our own ornaments!
You won't have to do this part yourself. It's automatic!
How to submitYou will be submitting two screenshots for this event: one with and also one without the fish-eye filter.
All accepted entries will be made into baubles to be hung from our tree!
Submit your entry by posting it in this thread by 11:59pm EST on December 25th, 2021.
Rules- Entries that do not include a screenshot showing the subject without any filters will not be accepted.
- A reasonable amount of effort should be put into your submission. Screenshots containing just a single subject may still be accepted.
- Only one entry may be submitted per individual - No collaborative projects!
- Keep all screenshots suitable for a PG-13 audience.
PrizesFor this event, we will be doing community voting - which means several entries that gain the most like/love reactions by the time the event ends will receive a small bonus prize. The amount of community favourites will be decided later based on the number of entries we receive. Be sure to check back and support the entries you find the most creative!

Q: I can't upload screenshots. Can I submit a photo of my screen instead?A: This will be allowed, although I cannot guarantee that I will be able to make it into a bauble for you.
Q: Is my submission required to have a winter/holiday theme?
A: Nope! This theme is encouraged, but it can be whatever you want.
Q: Am I allowed to use custom designs in my entry?
A: You will be allowed to use both custom designs made by yourself and ones made by others.
Q: May player characters, villagers or NPCs be in the screenshots?
A: Sure!
