I'm so fed up of plot re-setting!!! >:(

as a reminder... if lionel moves out, put a PWP there IMMEDIATELY because villagers tend to move into spots that previous villagers lived in. You can put a pwp there as a placeholder until you unlock the cafe pwp. I would recommend using the huge fence pwp since it's the same size as the cafe.

I would recommend to do the same with future locations that you think you'd like to put a pwp. Just put a pwp placeholder there, you can always tear it down.

Yeah I would have done already, but I just restarted so I hadn't had time! They only thing I've done is build a bridge, because the other was in an impractical place, so I haven't had chance to put the actual cafe etc. or a placeholder in :(

Keeping up with two towns only gets hectic when trying to get PWPs. I still don't have all the PWPs I need in my main town to complete my vision of the town.

Hrm...I'm not picky with my main town; but with this town, I'm following a theme.

It's based off of the city-state of Number Six from the anime/manga/light novel "No.6". There are specific areas of the town (Chronos, Moondrip/Town Hall area, West Block, Lost Town), so I need to plot accordingly. I can't have a villager who needs to be in West Block over to the east in Chronos.

Plot resetting is necessary sometimes depending on what folks are trying to accomplish; it's how they play the game, or need to play it to set up the town the way folks envision it (which would be made much easier of AC had villager zoning).

I recommend creating one or two alt characters whose houses you place at spots that you don't want villagers to move in.
Makes the whole thing a little easier..

Moderator Kaiaa here, if you find someone being rude, it's better to report them instead of replying back. In a lot of cases, people who post things to get your stirred up are doing it to see your reaction. Not all the time, but a lot of the time. So my best advise is to report the person you find rude and let a moderator handle it because if the situation gets worse, you'll be in for a warning too. It doesn't matter who starts it, it matters how it's handled. You may also think about putting some members on your ignore list if you'd like.

Friendly neighborhood Kaiaa here, I had a villager move to a spot and destroy my path, there was no way to go around the house without it looking really bad. I was pretty mad but I just dealt with it. Finally they moved and now my path is back to normal! :)

This is why...
This is why I don't plot reset.
I just deal with where they put their houses.
I also don't have dreamies...So, I suppose that's another
reason, as to why it doesn't bother me. Everybody's temporary.

I tried to do the Cycling Through Campers method to try and find a Dreamie, but it also meant that villagers will be moving in/out while I'm doing this. Hazel (one of my Dreamies) showed up in a location where it cuts my path and now I'm currently cycling her back >~<"
