Eyy congrats to (I believe) the first two official winners of the shooting star collectible! Two amazing submissions
This next challenge is so cute, can't wait to put something together!

Lol apparently I couldn't wait so much that I had to do it immediately


Here's a care basket I put together for my baby Tad!

1. A box of rice - in Pocket Camp, one of the items you have to build to get Tad to come to your campsite is rice balls, so I figure he likes rice! It's also easy to digest when you're sick!
2. Old MacDonald's Barnyard Tales - if you've ever seen Tad's house in New Leaf, you'd get this reference - it's literally a farm! He has a giant tractor! So I got him a book about a farm to read while he's curled up in bed, hopefully it will comfort him
3. A pack of Kleenex - self-explanatory, he'll definitely need this. The pack says "Summon Your Strength" on the front - I figured that's the perfect inspirational message for a jock!
4. A frog plush - a friend for him to cuddle with. The plush has clovers on his cheeks, hopefully they will give Tad luck and he will recover quickly!
5. A tube of Vaseline (petroleum jelly) - when you blow your nose a lot when you're sick, it gets really red really fast! I got him this so he wouldn't get all blotchy and sore.
6. A notepad (shaped like a frog) and a pen (in the back against the box of rice) - in New Leaf, Tad's skill is telling jokes! I figured he might think of lots of new jokes while he's lying around all day, so I got him a cute notepad and pen to write them down
7. A blanket (right side of the basket) - to help him keep warm! I got him one with pineapples because his favourite colour is yellow.

Here is a care package I put together for Melba. I happened to have this gift basket lying around the house which I filled with self care items I think she would enjoy. An Aries mug which not only fits the fair theme, but she also happens to be an Aries (her birthday is April 12). She has the education hobby, so I lent her a few books to read while curling up in her new cozy scarf, sipping some green tea, and enjoying a scented candle. Also threw in some hand sanitizer and lip balm. Her favourite colour is green, but her interior also has some blue/teal tones so I tried to tie it all together by choosing items in this color family.

Here is my little care package for Bb Molly <3

1. Fox cuddler - he actually has a lavender-filled bean bag that can be warmed up in the microwave to help calm and soothe unwanted feelings. Lavender is also a great aid for decongestion!
2. Wuthering Heights - a nice book to read since... normals always read
3. Pocky & Fish Snacks - some comfort food. And.. she's a lil' ducky so she's going to want her fish.
4. Pea Cuddler - when she gets bored, she can throw them around with others and play. Or use it as a back rest to prop her up.
5. Polka-dot headband - for fashion, && to push her bangs away.
6. Tea-cake candle - a nice way to warm up the room while enjoying a wonderful cake scent to fill the room
7. Knitting set - another way to reduce boredom~ also if you're really not feeling well to be able to get up, this is a great way to make you forget!
8. Holga Camera - she can take photos of her staying in! And of her friends who will visit her!
9. Fox tin (cold 911 tea) - a soothing herbal tea with peppermint, eucalyptus, orange and juniper berries that helps with colds!

Here's my care package for Ruby! I tried to make everything her favorite colors which are light blue and pink.

1. Throw blanket and sweater- To keep her warm while she's sick
2. Cold medicine- To help her get better faster
3. Glitter- She absolutely loves glitter, so this will help brighten her day
4. Moon light- I know she already has the moon furniture in her house, but more moons never hurt, right?
5. Paper stars and flowers- Since Ruby has the nature hobby but is stuck inside, I wanted to bring a little of the outdoors in for her to enjoy.
6. Book about fish- I know she's not the biggest reader, but it ties into her nature hobby and at least she'll have some pretty pictures to look at while she's at home

Here is my care package for Vesta!

To start off the package I would give Vesta a scarf and blanket to help her stay warm! Normal villagers love to write letters and talk with their friends so I gave her a journal to write down everything she wants to share. I also am giving her some comfort foods like chicken noodle soup, coffee and candy. I wanted to give her some extra kleenax and a get well soon card since the little things can mean the most! Lastly I want to give her a sheep plushie to keep her company!

Here is my Care Package for Tangy!

My bestie is sick and needs help! I decided to pack her a bunch of snacks and a few other things to cheer her up!

1. Watermelon Soda, Guava Juice and Watermelon Cooler: Something that always cheers me up when im down or sick is some fruity drink. As a fellow citrus fan, I think Tangy will like these too!
2. Melon KitKats: Keeping with the fruity theme, I got her some exotic Melon Kitkats to help cheer her up!
3. Freshly cut Watermelon: Some watermelon I cut myself so she doesn't have to prepare a snack
4. Vitamin C Gummis: To help Tangy get better, I brought her some fruity Vitamin C gummis for her to take. They even taste good too!
5. Chipotle Clementine Cashews: Some tasty fruity flavored nuts to snack on
6. Chika Nesoburi: A small fellow Orange fan and idol to keep Tangy company!
7. Choco-Mint Pocky: More food to snack on while she gets better!

includes:
1. an eyeshadow palette. she is seen to wear eyeshadow, so with a palette she can try lots of colours
2. eyeliner. she also wears eyeliner everyday, so having some extras never hurts.
3. a new pair of sunglasses so this fashionista can have multiple to choose from!
4. some perfume. i chose "love and sunshine" because of her bright & cheerful personality. there's also sunflowers on the bottle & i saw that she wears a sunflower tee in pocket camp!!
5. hawaii themed pocket notebook. i thought it suits her overall theme/colour scheme and she can use it to jot down notes before forgetting
6. an ice pop sticky note. i thought it also suits her overall theme & she wants to be a pop star so the wording is perfect XD she's quite forgetful so it would be useful!

Here’s a gift basket for my girl Goldie! since she’s a “normal” villager I knew I had to include some books for sure. I also have flowers of all kinds surrounding Goldie’s house on my island, so flowers were definitely fitting. And since Goldie always sends me sweet cards in New Horizons, a thoughtful handwritten note was a must. (I didn’t actually write in the card hehe)

A care package for my baby Marina ~ she’s so sweet and looks constantly anxious, I want to protect her. I wanted to gift her things she would find comfy and reassuring . Also I love pink and yellow as a colour combination ~

The care package consists of:
journalling supplies: 2 notebooks, 4 pens in pink and yellow, and 3 washi tapes ~
a bento box filled with goodies
some comfy books for her to read, a Moomin picture book and the lovely queer positive Prince and the Dressmaker

Hopefully she can get well soon with the help of some of these items. My care package includes:

~ a silken scarf for soothing a sore throat
~ a mug filled with freshly picked sage, mint and lavender to brew a flavour tea with
~ a choice of sweets to brighten her mood
~ a catbug plush to cuddle up with
~ my favourite edition of Alice in wonderland - since Skye is a bookworm like me I thought I could read her some stories
~ yarn and crocheting hooks so she can keep herself busy while staying in bed
~ some tissues for her runny nose

As for the style I kept it cute (her preference) anf included lots of white and blue which are her favourite colours

My entry for challenge 3 is a care-package for Diana Diana is one of my favourite villagers but I unfortunately haven’t come across her in ACNH yet. She still lives in my ACNL town, though, so this care-package is for both her NH and NL self!!!

Diana’s favourite colours are pink, purple and white so I stuck to that colour scheme when making my care-package for her!
inside we have:
- some pink flowers, because flowers make everyone feel better when they’re not at their best
- a yankee candle (cherry blossom scented)! In pocket camp Diana asks for incense and an aroma pot, so she obviously likes her home to smell good lol
- my favourite nighttime lavender tea to help her sleep
- my favourite blusher to help her achieve her signature rosy cheeks!!!!
- two of my favourite books, Anna Karenina and Femme Fatale. Diana has the education hobby so I think she’d like these!!! I also popped in a notebook and a gorgeous Swarovski Crystal pen so she could write down her thoughts on the books after
- some general self-care items, like hand sanitizer (hello pandemic), pocket tissues, and hello kitty bandaids, and an eye mask
- my favourite Chanel perfume because she is a glamorous girlie
- Diana’s house is bathhouse themed, so I’ve put in some pamper products that she can use in the bath: cucumber gel pads for her eyes, body scrub and body butter, a linen facecloth and some nail files
- Diana’s dream job is to be a dermatologist so I put in some of my favourite skincare products and also my electronic face brush thingy bc I can’t live without it
- finally I included a cute little pink Marc Jacobs purse so that she can add another to the collection she spends every day alphabetising !!!

Here is my care package for Dom
- Bath soak and wash to help relax and ease his muscle aches. Im sure Dom has just over done the exercise
- Hot chocolate and a lovely film to watch all while in some nice fluffy rainbow pajamas.
- Medication to help with his cold, 4head to remove horrible headaches, Vicks Sinex and soft tissues to clear his poorly nose.
- To cheer him up back to his colourful self some colourful sweeties as a treat.
- My 5 yo daughter loves Dom and wanted to help make him better too. She packed him a very colourful book to read while he is cosyed up in bed and 2 of her most treasured teddies to make him feel better at night when its hard to sleep.

Here's my care package for Chevre!!

Container: a small wooden box with handles which can be later used as a normal container for books or clothes c:

> an album with nature photos and a winnie-the-pooh book (Chevre has an education hobby and wants to become a teacher, so I thought she'd enjoy them lots)
> 2 red heart-shaped heating pads
> lip balm (for dry spots)
> home-made vanilla cookies with a jar of (also home-made) strawberry jam
> frosted berry cake scented hand cream (the colour scheme of it is white tube and red cap which reminded me of Chevre's colour scheme)
> china balm (also called tiger balm, it can be used for sore throat, any pains and runny nose)
> some tea (great for sore throat)
> a vanilla cupcake scented candle (vanilla is the theme here, because Chevre is a normal villager and I feel like vanilla, being one of the more normal scents/flavours, would fit great here)
> a small red towel with white accents (for making a cold compress to make the fever go down, red being the colour of Chevre's coat)
> a box of tissues (it's under the cookies and all the creams)
> and most importantly - lots of love and care

I didn't include any medicine, because I feel like human medicine could be dangerous for animals, so I went for safer options ☺

My immediate thought for this task was, of course, Shep! My favorite villager deserves the best mix between fur/hair care, hippie, skills, goals, and random items in a care package. Definitely not an easy task and I was a bit limited to what I had at home (I don't own a dog and I'm not watching one at the moment, either), but I think I managed to put together something for my boy ❤ I present, Shep's own package:

The items:
~ A basket for everything.
~ His favorite tiedye shirt, to keep warm and not get cold again! Plus it's awesome-looking
~ A crystal. He wants to be a professor in gemology and this is one of his most treasured stones.
~ (Sun)glasses. To use when speed-reading. And to look like a cool dog who wants to be a prof!
~ Sunflower headband. To keep the hippie style all around the island or just inside.
~ Tangle teezer hairbrush. To get that shiny fur/hair look everyday
~ A dry shampoo spray can. For the bad hair days when he needs an extra freshen up.
~ A bag of rice. A dog's favorite snack!
~ A book for speed-reading, and get some knowledge about other hippies. (Hippie by Paulo Coelho)
~ Incense sticks. For that dank smell, maaaaan.

here's my care basket for my absolute fave, Rodney! in this handy hamper we've got:
- NASA hoodie. super comfy, plus I gifted him a throwback rocket which he loves!
- mask. perhaps more for me than him, but I don't wanna get ill!
- tangle teezer. blue like him, plus keeps his fur in check - brushed hair when ill makes you feel like a new person!
- tea and ribena - gotta stay hydrated, and while hot fluids are good sometimes you just need the nostalgia of ribena!
- some sweets and chocolate - some sugar never hurt anyone, right?
- soothers - while they arguably do nothing to solve a sore throat, they taste pretty nice
- bath salts - i just know my boy treats himself right with a nice hot bath
- a cookbook. Rodney wants to be a chef, so what better time to read up on some new recipes than when ill?
- a book - Gone by Michael Grant. it seems like the kind of genre he'd be into! a good dystopian YA novel
- last but not least, some slippers. also blue like him, but mainly in there for comfort.

✩ A fleece to keep her warm, Autumn is creeping in and she needs to wrap up for her morning strolls! Hopefully she also appreciates the colour choice, I thought it was quite fitting for her woodland look
✩ A selection of snuggly toys (also woodland/kinda autumnal themed) to keep her safe, also good company I’d imagine! Could also be used as decor for her house as they’re also suitable for her aesthetic
✩ A flower crown to rightfully rule her as princess of the forest!!!! Also it’s very pretty and I think it would make her happy hehe
✩ A book because she’s always talking about her collection and how she likes to read, I often spot her out and about with her nose in a book
✩ A floral mug to go in her kitchen, she needs some cuter cutlery to match her level of cuteness
✩ A few lil snacks to treat herself whenever she feels like it! I would’ve preferred to make her an entire cake with my love written ontop but I don’t have the ingredients! (Imagine a fruit cake in the shape of a heart LOL)
