I want to be more relaxed with the new game. Not worry if I miss a day (I typically time travel so I don't), or the villagers move out. I've put so much pressure on myself to have a complete catalog, and I just don't want to play that way this time. My life is so busy and I want to be able to really enjoy the game, but not spend all my extra time on it. We'll see if I'm successful! :)

Haha, my resolution is quite the opposite. I always fell out of the games because I wasn't able to keep up with them and therefore missed a bunch of stuff that couldn't be repeated, especially in terms of DLC and the like, and I have an obsession with always having 100% attainable... So I'm going to force myself not to reset or skip long stretches at a time unless I prepare for it. xD I really want this game to last for years for me.

actually get my stuff together and not just randomly do everything without searching stuff so i can maximize the game :-0c

I really want to time travel/reset my town a lot less and be more relaxed when playing the game

To start planning the final lay out of how I want my town to look earlier, because it took a couple of years actually for me to decide in new leaf hahaha

I would love to plan a little more for my map layout. I didn't mind my first New Leaf map until I started making gardens and filling it with PWP's, and every game after that I spent soft resetting the beginning to make sure I got the perfect map. It's a game that's supposed to be relaxing and I made it stressful.

To not start over and over again and maybe just maybe keep my very first town I make. Plus, I don't want to be picky about my town map and just go with whatever is given to me. I also kinda want to slow down just a bit and maybe relax and not worry about getting all chores done for the day. Even if a day is missed, I would really like it to not bother me this time and I want to avoid time traveling and keep it at the exact time and date always.

I don't want to plan anything, I just want to play the game  Jeeessuuuus I can't wait! I need updates! Nintendo give us a sign aaaaaaaaa!

I'm going to play the game in japanese and my personal goal is to use google as little as possible while playing. So kind of a pre game resolution to study lol! I really want some news on the game to whip me into action and study!!

Surely having fun, but with Tom Nook! it is not possible ahahahahah Imagine a game without debts <3 <3 <3

I want to discover everything as I play, so I won’t look too much at what others say about the game, at least at first. I want to find out what’s new slowly. So I’ll take it in a very relaxed way. I won’t time travel or try to get everything done as soon as possible. The thing I like most in new games is discovering everything day by day by surprise! It will be hard to not get spoilers cause I love to read the forum, but it’s ok. I’m sure it will be super fun no matter what or how I play it! (Cause like all of you, I’ve been waiting for sooooo long for this game!!)

Actually play !
and customize more, explore more.
Set myself mini-goals and things to enjoy the game much more

To make a first town and keep it that way
And also not time travel

I restarted a lot due to that.

I want to make sure I relax with the game and do my best not to TT. I miss not being in the know for how a lot of things work in-game, and instead just enjoying it as a whole.

Never had the habit of resetting, I normally just keep what the game gave me (In New Leaf I didn't even know that you could of changed the maps until 2 years of owning the game)
I think I just want to relax and take it slow with the new game, not rushing to get the perfect town and just have fun with it.

When Ac Switch comes out, I want to fully enjoy the game, every day, even for few minutes.
