Can I transfer game from apple to android ?

It’s almost time for me to get a new phone and I really want an android. Is it possible to transfer from iPhone to android and not lose my game ? And how would I do it ?

It's possible, I transferred my PC save from Apple to Android by linking the account to Nintendo.

Basically, the linked account data from the Apple device was downloaded on the Android device with the Complete App after signing in there with a Nintendo account.
