I really wonder if there's more goodies they didn't tell us about. Like with the WA update we could sit on rocks and it wasn't explained. It was just a pleasant surprise we all found out. I would love it if we could sit on rocks and palm tree stumps again. I made a little spot with palm trees on the beach, chopped them down, and was so sad to see I couldn't do it again. 😥

I totally agree. I miss when there was little Easter eggs in the game!

There are, at this time, 73 villagers who have yet to appear in ACNH. I imagine they won't re-add Epona, Felyne, Filly, Ganon, Holden, Inkwell, Medli, W. Link, but I hope they re-add the others. Most haven't been seen since the Gamecube games, which I haven't played but have weird memories of Sven and Woolio in Wild World.
 
I legit hope someone here can help me get Cece LOL. Very excited to finally get to have her!!
 
I'm so late to this because I ruminated being a party stopper but I can't lie, when I saw this random anouncement my heart sank.
Animal Crossing is my favorite franchise ever so I should be excited, but the thing is AC:NH is one of my least favorite games ever, and definitely the one who brought me the most disappointment. I still cannot believe I paid $60 for this game on release considering how Empty it was, I could go on and on about how I actually hate the direction they took with this game. Maybe I'm biased because this game focuses on some of my least favorite aspects of the franchise (landscaping mostly), and took away from my favorite ones like interior decorating and furniture collecting.
I was so happy to see how a Switch 2 version of NH was nowhere to be found when they announced the Switch 2, it meant that they'd been working on AC6!!! But then this announcement came out... I don't think I can physically play this game ever again quite frankly, I want them to leave it to die like they pretty much did since release with their half-assed updates.
Sometimes I love Nintendo but ACNH is such a huge missed opportunity to me that I can't help but to hate them for how they handled it, and how they surprise me by continuing to do so by pretty much excavating this game's coffin.

The Kiddie Set is kinda already in the game. It goes by the wooden block set now. You can change the colors to make it look like the Kiddie set from the older games. :)
