Out of your suggestions I picked mayor cookie from coffee, it is alliteration and ultimately it fits the best because a cookie in coffee tastes ok I've heard. Not that I like tea or coffee but I do like cookies. Looking at the theme you are going for maybe these may sound ok?

Mayor cookie from crumble
Mayor Tea from sugar

From the list, I would go with Cookie from Coffee. The repetitive C sound is nice. Also, cookies do go well with coffee.
