I find American cheese one the nastiest things I have ever tasted. Its just processed fake cheese neiabviebvei
 
American cheese is definitely one of the few cheeses I just cannot stand. Normally I like sharp cheeses, but American just tastes so fake and unreal. Maybe on a sandwich, but otherwise it can burn in hell.
 
ugh! it's gross, I never buy it, there are so many amazing cheeses available - why would anyone waste their time on processed cheese???
 
Sometimes it's like eating a melted piece of yellow plastic. It's not very appealing

It's okay in grilled cheese sandwiches though. Dip it in some tomato sauce and it's pretty good
 
Although it doesn't make me feel sick it makes me feel like I'm eating rubber. It's awful.
 
I think I use to eat it when I was like little little and at that time I hated cheese. Now that I'm older I love it lmao? I enjoy eating Cracker Barrel cheese, I don't think I've eaten any American cheese lately? It depends thou, are you talking about the cheese that's in those packages? I go to a deli that slices cheese and it's called American.
 
Both. Wether its Craft or Land'o'Lakes. All nasty. BUT all people are entitled to their opinion and i can respect everyones opinions :)
 
I used to like it as a kid but I can't stand it anymore.

Just like I don't care for most white bread anymore. It has no flavor.
 
i don't like it at all but my family uses it for everything
 
It's okay, some brands make it taste tolerable, but others make me want it to burn in hell. I prefer other cheeses over American all the time.
 
american cheese by itself is absolutely ****ty, but i still have it in my house bc it actually tastes good with ramen and pasta
