You know what I hate?/Pet Peeve Thread

I hate it when people bump topics by telling a person not to bump a topic. I seriously think 90% of the reports sent in on tbt are from me reporting these idiots.

I also hate it when someone whines after a few seconds of not talking to them.

I hate people who boast about how late the want to sleep/how early they woke up. Like yesterday I was in school and someone was like "I was up at 5:30" and someone else was like "well I was up at 4:30 - HA I WIN"

It's like "stfu no one cares about it"

I hate when people are playing a racing game, and when they make a turn they lean that way, looking really dumb. (That one is not too bad, just more of an annoyance.) I also hate when people say something that is really rude, and they're like 'oh just kidding.' If something is really bad you shouldn't say, joking or not. (Once, while riding on my after school bus home, we took a short-cut through a place where a lot of jewish people lived. Almost right when we went in the area a kid yelled, "I don't wanna go throught this jew-infested trashbag!" I was so offended, and I'm not jewish. Right afterwards though, he said, "Just kidding!" and no one did anything. Not even me. Looking back I should've, but, nothing I can do now. But seriously, that was one of the most horrible things I ever heard, and even if you were joking, you should not say that.. Mind you, this was 6th grade and this kid was probably 11/12 and he said that.) I also hate when people use an excessive amount of letters when typing. (liiiikkkkkeeee thhhhhiiiiiiisssss.) Its annoying to read and there is not point to doing it. (I'mmmm gonnnnnna geeeeetttttt aaaaa prrrriiiiizzeeee iiiiiffff iiiii tallllkkkkkk liiiiikkkkkkkeeee thiiiissssssss!!!!!!!) And 'like my status' posts on facebook, and first comments on youtube.

Breaking a car with snow on the ground, anticipating the stop for 30 feet and sliding regardless. Or going 15 MPH and sliding.

What I Absolutely hate is when people over use the phrase 'LOL'

On facebook:
"It's raining outside, Lol."
"Yeah, I know Lolz"
"Lol"

Texting:
"My arm hurts Lol"

"I didn't finish my algebra, lol"

ADSJFK, IT DRIVES ME INSAAAANE ;A;

Or when people abbreviate the most none complex words ever, and they leave out a SINGLE letter.

"Bak"
"Wen"
Wher"

Also, the microwave thing really bugs me too!

Oh, another thing that bothers me is when girls wear leggings as pants. THEY ARE LEGGINGS, NOT PANTS!

I actually hate the sound that my microwave makes when somethings done, so I do stop it 3 seconds or so before its done.. buuut I also hate leaving it like that, so I never ever forget to hit the cancel button too. I also hate when people are very loud and obnoxious, especially in very public places where they are practically shouting their life story to their friend that's RIGHT next to them.

Also Bree, I agree with you. xD ESPECIALLY when they are using that text slang when its like.. instead of taking one letter away, they replace it with the wrong one for no reason! I can't think of an example, but I used to know someone who did it constantly..

I cringe when people pick up nerdy habits and then show them off in some effort to appear smarter.

There is this one kid at my school who tries to learn languages and claims to speak them. I swear all he does is look up phrases on Google translate and then repeat them with an accent.

I mean I try to practice/learn and read German on my own, but I don't flaunt it around. Learning languages aren't very simple and I really don't believe someone who was never exposed to a language at a young age can just pick them up immediatly.

Oh my gosh, this kid also is like obsessed with baking things for other people and becomes annoying about it; he also claims that all his classes are easy. Even though we have had 10 days of our new semester, he got a ****ing eighty on a dimensional analysis quiz....DIMENSIONAL ANALYSIS. He wants to be a neurologist too, because "physics, astronomy, and chemistry are too easy"...

Why do people like this exist?

Do you mean, for example, when people say "tommroe" instead of "tomorrow?" I hate that! It's not even shorter, there was no reason! Or do you mean spelling things like "bekause?"

Someone understands! ~♥!

I hate when people at school take my pencils and say "O I'll make sure to give it back at the end of class" and they never do. Then I ask them if they have it the next day and they say they lost it. UGG! I also hate when people call me by my last name like they are gangster. (O and the microwave thing i hate too. Its mostly my parents.)

When you have headphones and someone is trying to talk to you. They know you can't hear them, but then they get mad when you don't respond. :@

When you finally sit down after working or doing homework to read a book, listen to music or play a game and your parents ask you to do something. Happens to me at least once a day.

I also hate it when someone touches the "smudge-able" spots of a 3DS and/or leaves a scratch on the screen; specifically my 3DS. I like keeping it look good as new.

This so much!
Or when I'm on a phone call/skype chat and people are making noise in the back or they're talking loudly.
