What underrated villagers should I invite to my island?

Other than Kiki, Ribbot, and maybe Bianca and Octavian, I'm not planning on keeping any of my villagers forever. Instead, I want to meet lots of villagers! I for sure want to have Diana and Audie in my town at some point (and they may also stay permanently) but other than that I'm open to suggestions! Tell me about your favorite villagers - popular or not- and why I should give them a shot if I run into them on a mystery island!



(I do have a small list of 8 villagers who aren't coming anywhere near my island no matter what- Truffles, Tutu, Anicotti, Jambette, Curly, Sandy, Marshal, Raymond)

Moe! He's adorable, his house is so cute, and he doesn't get any love and attention (besides one user on here who I see with him as their avi) I've loved him in every game so far, and he'd be my #1 dreamie if I wasn't trying to do a puddle theme town with ducks and frogs.

Savannah! She's a normal zebra. Her color-scheme is gorgeous, her starting outfit is great, and both the nterior and exterior of her house look amazing.

Also, this might have something to do with the villager personality sub-types we've been hearing about or it may just be random, but my Savannah is always singing. It's adorable.

I've always liked her and after finally getting her as a resident in new horizons, she's become my favorite villager.

Cube 100%. He's the best lazy out there imo. He's just so sweet and some of the things he says are so adorable and random.

Hornsby! He is THE SWEETEST lil Rhino ever. And honestly, I don't think I've seen the lazy personality type fit a villager so well. Also, he has never gotten into a fight with any of my villagers, so that's a bonus.

I would suggest wholeheartedly Olive (normal personality) or Claude (lazy). Both are very endearing.

Ganon ... I mean Boris, the Pig. His house is super nice, has the same tone as Ankhas with lots of Egyptian Stuff and K.K. Oasis. And you can never get wrong with a Cranky. Also looks more like a Boar and has a cool design with a nice color.

Lionel. There are not a lot of People who love Lions, except maybe Elvis, but he does look quite the gentleman with his white mane and that mustache.

Julia looks gorgeous, but she is always overshadowed by Phoebe and Flora. She has the outstanding look of a male Peacook. Even if you don’t like Sandy, I do think you might like her design a lot.

Just some villagers I think are pretty underrated. I could name more, but if I would encounter them, I would take them, even if it would only be for a while.

Chevre the goat is a very cute underrated villager! How can you not love that cute face? And she always wears adorable clothes too.

Alli the alligator is cute and looks so sassy, how does everyone not love her??

Lastly Bree the mouse is very very cute and friendly, I don't know why she is always overlooked!

don't know if theyre necessarily underrated, but olivia, scoot, fuchsia, deirdre, static, mint and teddy are all super sweet!

Well you already have Bianca as one you like, so that's awesome! But I think one of the villagers I have that is seriously underrated is Katt. She's one of my starters, and at first I was like "oh god, we need to boot her out fast" but she's grown on me so much! She's just super sweet and is now in this really cute shirt and skirt combo thing and just adorable!

I'm not sure if Chester is underrated but he's awsome and has a full set of teeth that he shows when he's surprised.

Hamphrey has a face that makes everything he does and say funny and charming and Ilovehimsomuch lol

Keaton randomly moved into my village and I did not really like him at first but I have completely changed. He's now my favorite eagle. I can't see myself letting him move away.

Savannah is one of my favorites if not THE favorite. She’s such a singer in this game! I love it! I’ve had her in every game since Wild World. No one can keep me from my Zebracakes.

Norma!! I've never liked cow villagers, and I've looked over villager lists multiple times to try and plan who I want in my towns, but she never caught my eye until I randomly came upon her on an NMT island! There's just something about her design that's so charming. She didn't fit in on my island at all at the time so I didn't adopt her even though I loved her, but I ended up resetting (which I'm so glad I decided to do!) a few days ago and I have her on my island now! I adore her and she's never allowed to leave

I love Julia! She's probably my most wanted after Diana and Audie. Boris is cool too!

Katt is my birthday twin, so I definitely have a soft spot for her.

if you're looking for a snooty villager at all, blanche is absolutely lovely !! she's really cute and her house is japanese-themed, and she's always watering my flowers :')
