What Are You Happy About Today?

Finished 8 hrs of lecture today Still have like 20 mins to go but the website froze so I'm just kinda waiting for it to be back up.

Also played an embarrassing amount of Stardew Valley this entire week Between purchasing ACPC or SDV on mobile, SDV was way cheaper and I had a very specific itch to scratch so I bought the game. I usually drop SDV early when I used to play it on PC because I'd always worry about minmaxing, but this time around I thought to just enjoy it as it is, discover things on my own, and play at my own pace. I'm enjoying it immensely on mobile rn, it was hard to control at first but I used a mobile UI mod which made it pretty easier I'm also kinda dumb and chose the Animal specialty over Farming specialty because I did not do my research, but rn I'm at Year 1 Fall sitting at a comfortable 100k+ gold and I'm already happy with that It's also so fun having a lot of animals! I chose meadowlands with lots of grass and it's so silly when I leave the barn doors open overnight so I have to look for my chickens in the immense grassfields just to pet them. I'm also now at 8 hearts with Haley, I really love having a small portion of my farm dedicated to planting sunflowers and I keep most of them to gift to her Got her 8-heart event and it's so cute!!

- Meal prepped some Moroccan chicken and roasted veggies (gonna be having falafel +chicken wraps for lunches for the next few days)

- Just had a chill sunday lazing around

- Did a workout!! I'm pretty happy, that's 3 days in a row of working out! Nice to get back into good habits

- Had a delicious cheeseburger w/ my roasted veggies for lunch today

- I ordered my mum a personalised card and present for her birthday next Saturday! I'm going to take her out for afternoon tea as well, so I'm hoping she enjoys it. I'm pretty happy because I figured out a nice birthday gift for her (she never tells me what she wants).

Tried making some onigiri ( rice balls ) for the first time today. They fell apart but they tasted good used pieces of fried spam for filling.

Trying again soon and maybe they won’t fall apart again. Happy I attempted though.

So happy/ exhausted . Thanks so much to @Dunquixote , @Xara , @BetsySundrop and everyone else who invited me to play among us. I have had so much fun playing with everyone yesterday and today. Even though I got stuck on a task.

I have made it through day 7of 10 work days in a row. and excited there are only 3 more work days until I am off for 3days. So excited in 3 days will be the strawberry festival/ concert on Thursday.

☾ My parents and I watched another episode of Demon Slayer and Haikyu this morning, and later on we watched some Youtube videos, including another of LDShadowLady’s Empires S1 videos!

☾ I filled up the journal I was using a couple days ago, so I started my new one today! I’m having more fun with stickers and gel pens and stuff with this one, and I think it was a good choice! ;v;

☾ I don’t have any deadlines to worry about!! For an indeterminate amount of time, but still!! I honestly feel like I work better and faster when there’s no rush/stress at all aklghdflgks. but we live in a Society™ so that's not the most feasible thing in the world hhhg

☾ Spent most of the evening just chilling on the couch with Rat in my lap, playing Pocket Camp Complete and watching silly shorts on Youtube ;w; It was super relaxing and I think I needed it aaa

☾ I won a Heart of the Forest!! I was hoping since I wasn’t able to win one during the 2022 Fair and had been admiring it from afar, so that was a really lovely note to wrap up my day on ;v;

Today was not good but a few things made me happy:

Earlier I took a nap with Jewels snuggling under the blankets and sleeping with me. Spanky jumped on the bed and wanted to go under the blankets too just not with Jewels there. The last time one of them tried to snuggle with me while the other one was snuggling with me was when Mel, my brown tabby was still alive. Jewels left eventually and Spanky snoozed a little where Jewels was laying with her head on my leg.

I wasn’t myself really today during Among Us, but I still had a lot of fun with everyone . Thanks for your patience everyone!

I got more of the drawing worked on today, I’m really happy with it still.

I chatted with Xara a bit last night and today .

Today was a really fantastic day that I just had to post about it.

I got up early today and helped out at my family's store even though it was my day off. I had a good time while there and then went to get a haircut at a new place, and they did a really good job with it. I then got home and played video games for a bit. I got to play ACNH again with a friend of mine and it was fun. They've really revitalized my interest in the game. Also got to talk with some of my other friends, which was nice. Perhaps the cherry on top though was the Dallas Stars defeating the New York Islanders 4-3 on the second day of a back-to-back. My favorite current player for them, Jason Robertson, scored a hat trick in the second period, fueling the Stars to close it out. It was really awesome and made my night. Hope everyone had a good day!

- I had a really nice and savory breakfast.
- Went to a pickleball class and I improved at serving.
- Took a nap in the afternoon.
- Watched some NBA and I'm glad the Warriors defeated the Mavericks.

Today is my birthday!!!

- Zayne wished me a happy birthday on Love and Deepspace.. ugh.. my heart He's so handsome and he even sang to me!!! T^T I also got some goodies in-game since it's my birthday c: Time to get to the other boys' birthday wishes :3c

- I went to a hibachi steakhouse for dinner last night for my b-day! It was sooo good. I love their salmon rolls so much. The salmon just melts in your mouth And then I got filet mignon and shrimp for my hibachi :3 It was yummy! They even gave me fried ice-cream and sang to me The chef was so funny and kind, too! I even wore my hardest fit

- I smell like my bf rn :3 That makes me happy since I.. really miss him even though I saw him the other day HAHAHA. I'm really looking forward to spending time with him today! We're probably gonna go to the mall (I hope I can get a new Build-a-Bear :3 EYEING YOU POCHACCO!!!).. and then go to get sushi! ^_^ And then he asked if I could play Class of 09 when we get home again for him, since he likes watching and seeing my reactions xD

- I pretty much get the house to myself for a few days. My brother went to Florida with his fiance, and my dad and stepmom have work.. so.. as scary as it is to be alone >< Maybe I can get some stuff done and relax! ^_^ I did laundry yesterday, which I was really proud of myself for ^^ I want to do some other things; like clean my room a bit and reorganize things.

- One of my good friends ordered me a birthday gift, and it should be here today! I'm so excited to see what it is. I'm thinking it's Seulgi's 28 Reasons album, since that's what I told her I wanted when she asked me xD I love Red Velvet (the k-pop group) so so much, and Seulgi is my favorite of the girls! Speaking of red velvet.. my dad made me a red velvet cake yesterday for my birthday today :3 I'M SOOO EXCITED TO EAT IT :3

- @Vhoop and @Chibi.Hoshi got me gifts for my birthday too!! T^T Mineko's Night Market and Paleo Pines ! I'm so grateful to have amazing frens < 3 I'll always cherish these two. My favorite couple fr, AND they're so funny and silly I LOVE YOU BOOOOTH REEEE!!!!

Honestly feeling a bit worse today than yesterday, but a few things that I’m happy about:

I had a nice chat with @Yanrima~ earlier.

I thought more about what I did wrong with my collage entry and I think I know what I should’ve done instead. I do like what I did with it but if there is another activity like this and I want to try to get nominated, I’ll have to try something else.

Earlier, Spanky got under the blankets with me and climbed on my lap and fell asleep with her head on my leg. I’m really happy since she isn’t a lap cat or even much of a snuggle cat . I would love it if she continues to snuggle and sit on my lap .

I got more of my drawing done. I’m kinda stumped now again. I’m happy though I got a good chunk done in the last few days though .

Today my dad had work so the house was quiet today.

@-Blue- surprised me with a fresh balloon with a really kind message; really cheered me up. Thanks so much, friend .

It is still early so there is time for my mood to improve more

Yesterday my Aetherial Aesthetics entry got picked as a staff favorite. I can't wait to get my Heart of the Forest later on!

Today was "meh" but school was mostly chill. Since I finished the homework I procrastinated on over the break, I only have a few more I just got assigned so far that I'm confident I can finish by tomorrow. I have my birthday next week that I'm looking forward to, but I plan on celebrating early over the weekend because it lands on a school day. T^T
