There were a lot of issues with the game so far, but I don't think any of them affected a regular player so far, right? There were all the duping glitches and then the one were amiibo villagers were screwed up a bit and had the wrong house or wouldn't move until they were pushed out? All of these issues were fixed pretty quickly, which is fine in my eyes. I do feel for people who lost their save files, but it doesn't seem like a common issue that just happens for no reason. You should probably avoid duping hundreds of lucky cats, no matter how tempting it seems.
I do prefer having the game out in March and seeing changes actively than them holding it back for more months until it works perfectly.
