I thought 18 would be something to do with the trivia event. There was quite a bit of discussion about the chat being muted, but still being able to react to things. I couldn't personally find anything in the tantalising trivia thread, Plus i checked the tbt discord and the trivia channel is gone. But that was my initial thought process.
