just to clarify- I think that any new content will be related to the update that comes out on that day, I don't think there will be announcements in this direct about future new content (i think that will be saved for the proper e3)

im sure there will be a star fox trailer with wolf as enemy and introducing crystal, also talking about smash tournament mode, boss battle, maybe target test and event match, some new stages.
maybe some minor change with the lucas patch also his new final smash i hope it changes,
later after nintendo e3 event they add splatoon kids as a bonus trailer
