You missed a key component in the instructions. Resize your image to 448 x 448 pixels.

the background(snowman) or the png? Just checked and the snowman is the right size. So you mean the png correct?

edit: I'm doing the slow way to resize the png now. I miss read the instructions, l thought they meant the snowman image to be the right size.
