Has anyone seen this as a QR ? It wasn't available through Wendell, but her other designs were. That leads me to believe that she downloaded it someplace. I'd try and remake it, but I don't possess that talent!

I would check this pixiv tag. There's thousands of QR codes in there though, so I dunno if you'll find it or not.
