Do you use Rescue Service at all?

I used it once when I got stuck behind a tree, but that's it. I didn't really ever need it in the beginning either since I could only access one part of my island and I didn't get lost.

I never have, but was watching a youtuber recently who realized they were stuck and used it. It was pretty funny. (them getting stuck, that is)

I have not but I wouldn't be surprised if I get myself stuck somewhere and need to while terraforming.

I used it once when I moved my house on a cliff with no incline, emptied out my pockets (including my ladder) by my airport and ended like that for the day so then the next day when I started up the game I was stuck up there with no way to get down

No. Like the Direct insisted, the rescue service was made to save you incase you got stuck. I've yet to get myself stuck. While It can be done accidentally, you're likely not going to get stuck unless you do it on purpose.

Yeah, exactly. I would say, one would need to really make an effort in order to get trapped badly enough to need help from the rescue service.

I don’t really see a point for it. I guess if you forget to bring your ladder but why wouldn’t you carry that around 24/7 in the beginning stages of your town.

I used it once, when I was decorating on the rocky part up north. The way I wanted it to look, I had no way of getting back to the island LOL

I use it when I'm getting chased by bees and there are no buildings around, also if there is a wasp chasing you when your on a mystery island tour then you can use it escape them.

haha omg thats a good idea!! I've seen a video of someone using it to get rid of a tarantula but immediatly after being dropped, the tarantula found them again

With all the terraforming going on, building ramps is a waste of bells until you're truly happy with the layout. My house sits on the 3rd level of the island, and there is no ramp. I drop the ladder to carry 4000 turnips. If I don't remember to pick up my ladder, I could potentially get stuck at my house on game reload. Same could be said for the vaulting pole, if you don't have it with you, have no bridges, and have your house isolated from everything.

Though the saving grace for me is I have materials and a crafting table in my house. I could simply build another ladder. That is not to say all players are as lucky though.

Considering that stairs and valting poles don't break, Rescue Service is basically useless. I guess you could get lost at the beggining, but still... I think they just didn't want for Mr. Resetti to be jobless.
Although I did use it a couple of times when I was *that* lazy to run across the island.
Have you ever used it?

I used it once to get the miles, a couple times to "redeem miles" and once cause I was lazy. I almost thought I needed it the other day as I was plotting for an incline and got caught between Lloyd and the river and the cliff, and I couldn't pole vault because there were items on the other side of the river from me. But then I remembered I did have my ladder lol.

Well this took longer then expected. Anyway, this is basically how I feel about this. I never use it at all because it's hard to get lost or stuck.

I had to use it once or twice when terraforming. I boxed myself in waterfalls so...

I used it once to see if there was a Nook Miles quest for it. (There was not.)
