✨aspiring ghost✨
Hello! Nice to meet you all! I'm astro!
I've been playing animal crossing since Wild World, which I think will be 20 years next april!
I spent a looot of time playing online with my friend and visiting each others town when I was a kid and I moved across the country. It was a great way to keep in touch! I still have my original game card, although I was a serial town restarter! I used to use my action replay card to spawn in items (I remember typing out a reaalllyy long code manually onto my ac card that would let me send a hex code and press L+R for whatever item I wanted!)
I remember figuring out that there were two different hex codes for flowers: one for the "plant" and one for a hair item. You couldn't plant a flower on the grey tiles in front of buildings... but you could drop a hat! Which you could then dig up! Which you could then plant pitfall seeds in. I invited my friend round to my island once and trapped her at my gate with the entire thing surroudned by pitfall seeds in the stone tiles! >
I played New Leaf a lot too, and I only went out and bought a nintendo switch when they announced acnh on the nintendo direct in 2019 !! I'm on my third island (lol) but I learned my lesson after my first restart... and restarted again to get my original island name back.
Tell me about some funny memories you made playing animal crossing
