Do you do advent calendars 2024?

So I remember a thread like this last year and I don't think there's one this year. Since it's the 1st of December, I figured it was a perfect time for this kind of topic. Is anyone doing any advent calendar(s) this year? And if so, what kind did you get?

Last year Jhine got me interested and I picked up the marshmallow one they got last year. I also found a Halloween one by the same company and tried that out of curiosity. It had all kinds of Halloweeny flavors. I meant to post about it, but this year has just been really hard so I never got around to posting about it. I also found a hot chocolate calendar.

Part of me was debating about putting the marshmallow in the hot chocolate, but that might be nasty depending on what the flavors are and I'd rather not ruin both lol.

Day 1 for hot chocolate was salted caramel. It was really good! Although I was lucky I had barely enough milk. I wasn't thinking about that at all. I need to pick some up tomorrow.

No but it looks fun, I saw one with skin products and it interested me very much.
The one with cheese too, but it's always sold out.

I have a tea advent calendar. Again, lol.
I like the tea calendar, but usually there are a couple of teas that are only available in the advent calendar. ☹ Other than that, it's great.

I have never done a physical one before, but I do several that are on things like virtual pet games. I have been doing that for years.

My family didn't use any Advent Calendars when I was growing up; I might've encountered the concept once or twice in school but I'm not sure. It wasn't until I encountered the TBT Advent Calendar that I really engaged with one. I think the concept is cute, and I've been mildly tempted to buy one over the past few years, but I never really feel like bothering to purchase one whenever December actually arrives. The TBT Advent Calendar suffices for me; I like it and always look forward to whatever new Candy Cane collectible is released each year.

i do them on virtual sites sometimes, but the one time i ever got a real life one i was impatient and opened them all the first day LOL
i was very young though, i think i could have enough self control to wait nowadays if i ever got another

I would love a hot chocolate advent calendar that sounds like so much fun. Salted caramel sounds really good. I have a Lindt chocolate advent calendar and Aurora puppy has a milk bone one.

For day one mine was a small chocolate bar and Aurora’s was a Christmas tree shaped milk bone.

Pumpkin spice.

Not a bad start! Enjoyed it and looking forward to the other 24 flavors!

Mint chocolate chip.

Tasted more chocolate than mint, but it was still good!

Yes I do. This year is a cheaper one but any with chocolate is adequate

i was thinking about buying one! it's a few days in, so, oops. but instead of smth for me, i think Chewy does pet toy advent calendars? i'll have to look. it seems cute!
