You guys, I'm feeling pretty bummed out. Nintendo updated its release calendars this morning and there's no mention of a 3DS HHD bundle of any kind for NA--just the NFC reader bundle. My hope is finally fading.

I pre-ordered at Gamestop, mostly for the free poster, but also because I fear of an NFC Reader shortage or something...
Pretty excited for the game, actually! I've seen a ton of screenshots and a little bit of game play.

Now I don't even know if I am going to pre-order HHD because my old Laptop died and I had to waste all my money I had just for HHD to buy a new one. I'll get the game but I probably will have to skip on the Amiibo Cards, New 3DS XL bundle (If they confirm it gets released in NA) and the NFC reader. At least i'll get the game, though.

And I was excited that GameStop had the bundle (game + NFC reader) for pre order

It's $49.99 for the bundle
The game is $39.99 and the NFC reader alone is $19.99
So the bundle saves you $10

However if you are a COSTCO member the bundle is $42.99!

I preordered in GameStop because I'm not a Costco member and I have PowerUp Pro rewards

I preordered the Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer + NFC-Reader bundle. I also got 10 amiibo card packs ready with that haha! I think that i will stay with those 10 packs though, i do not need more than that i guess. I will get a lot packs from friends for sure too because it is a easy and cheap present lol.
