Buck skipped exercising yesterday as it was Christmas Day, so he thought as it was Boxing Day he would brush up on his boxing skills. I didn't have the heart to tell him that the sport boxing has nothing to do with it.

Buck was in the kitchen making us dinner when someone knocked at the door, I answered. He claimed to be a travelling salesfox named 'Fred'. He seemed familiar, but I couldn't quite place who he reminded me of. He saw I had a bare shelf unit and wanted to sell me some painting and statues.

Buck entered and said 'Jenny, who is this?' I explained what 'Fred' had told me. 'I'm not convinced' said Buck. 'Let me take a closer look.'

'Of course!' Buck exclaimed. I gasped, 'It's Redd!' Don't worry Iron J, I'll take care of this.'

Redd wasn't happy that firstly, Buck had foiled his disguise and secondly Buck escorted him out of the house.

I told Buck, 'Thank you Buck, yet again you've come to my rescue!', 'No problem, Iron J, I wouldn't have it any other way!' Buck said with glee.

It's that time of year again, Buck was due his annual physical checkup. Roscoe and Kidd said they had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes, but since Buck is a very special villager he was fast tracked by receptionist Lionel and didn't need to wait.

Lionel: Dr. Julian will now see you Mr, eh, Sir, sorry King Buck!

Buck and I spoke to Dr. Julian and Buck got a few tests done.

Julian: Well, King Buck, all the tests have come back as negative.
Buck: What? Negative, that's bad.
Julian: No, no, no! Don't worry! You're completely fine, you have a clean bill of health!
Buck: Hee hee, I knew that. I was only joking with you, he said mischievously!
Dr. Julian: See you next year, Buck!

Sunday, December 31, 2023 - New Year's Eve!

Well, it's that time of year again when we celebrate New Year Eve or Hogmanay as some call it in Scotland. Buck has decided to throw an all day and all night party with a selection of his friends. He told me I was the guest of honour. Thank you, Buck! (Even Vic looked as if he was enjoying himself!) We might swing by Resident Services later to see Tom Nook and Isabelle!

It was past Stitches's bedtime, but he was still wide awake enjoying Buck's party!

Buck and I would like to wish you all a Happy New Year! Thank you for putting up with my obsession love of Buck!

Monday, January 1, 2024 - New Year's Day!

As everyone left the party, they said they had a great time and asked if we would throw another party on New Year's Eve again! Buck said 'It will be bigger and better than 2023!'

The next morning Buck and I were tidying up, to my amazement he surprised me with tickets to visit Sapphire Island, where his familiar looking friend Buck MKII lives. He had already packed for us, and we left as soon as we finished clearing up.

Buck and I returned from our New Year break. Buck being a gentle horse even carried my cases as well as his own. We were so happy until...

...We saw the state of the place and we knew we never left it like that... There were clothes lying about, plates of old food, dishes piled up and general untidiness...

As we scanned the room in disbelief we soon discovered an old rival was squatting... TIFFANY?!

Tiffany: Well, well, well, if it isn't ol' Buck. You thought you had seen the back of me last year, didn't you? Sending me away? That wasn't very nice, just because I allegedly stole your Royal crown.

Buck: Oh, Tiffany. It's good to see you and I think you're extremely clever...
(Buck continued to distract Tiffany as I went and moved Tiffany's belongings into bin bags.)

Me: I think that's everything, Buck.
Buck: Good work, pardner! Now, Tiffany, you have two choices: you leave now or we call Booker and Copper. I'm sure they would love to see you again and this time you'll be put behind bars.
Tiffany was lost for words, but she did manage to mutter 'I'll be back, someday.'
Buck and I were delighted our house was Tiffany free, but we did need to go to Nook's Cranny for a few bottles of disinfectant.

Buck's back!!!!!

So, I booted up New Leaf again after a few months, and decided I would go and see my best bud in Hazzard, Buck! If we could marry residents, I would marry Buck...

I think Buck might think of me as a stalker in New Leaf, I've sent him 2 letters in 2 days and no reply!
I couldn't believe it when I looked and saw that Buck's house is right beside mine!!!!!! I think Tom Nook heard a whisper and arranged it for us...

I went to visit Buck again in New Leaf. Still no letter from him. I don't think he loves me in New Leaf...

Buck was kind enough to tell me Saharah was visiting...

There are no words for this!

Just to let everyone know Buck's house doesn't smell of sweaty socks, just Buck's unique fragrance! I think he could bottle his unique scent and name it 'Buck's Bouquet'. I would definitely buy a bottle or two of it!

Over on New Horizons with the Buck that loves me , he was cooking Fruit pancakes. Buck invited me to stay for some, so obviously I didn't refuse! (You may have noticed the key rack behind Buck, he has a spare key for my house and I have a spare key for his!)

Buck, Katt and I were wandering about Sapphire and got into an interesting discussion about Katt's songwriting! I've never seen this dialogue before. I was never that keen on Katt before, but I think she will be staying as the interaction between her and Buck is funny.

I'm only in, Katt if it is a hunk song about Buck...

It definitely was, Buck! If Katt disagrees I'll write my own song about you being a hunk!

I do like Buck, he was one of my original villagers in WW. He hasn't been on my island yet. I don't think I did his HHP house either.
