I will not tolerate any rudeness or scams, so DON'T DO IT.

I prefer IGB, but TBT is accepted as well.
If something happened and you didn't get your desired villager, tell me and I will give you a full refund.
No reservations
I give all villagers 24 hours before they are voided.
If you cannot afford a villager and nobody else offers, you can get them for a lower
price. Just ask me.
Rules:
You must give me the bells before I give you the villager
Please do not talk to any other villagers or pick anything up, or I will flip the switch.
No negativity
No giving me any negative wi-fi ratings just because I gave you one. You need a
good reason.
I will check your feedback before I trade with you to check any neutral or negative
ratings are actually valid. So if you have a negative rating saying "cheese" I will
still trade.
Do not offer for a villager before they are in boxes. You can merely lurk.
Make sure you have given the right amount of bells before leaving
Prices:
Tier 1: 10-20 mil bells or 120-100 TBT (But if no one offers will make another thread)
Tier 2: 1-10 mil bells or 100-80 TBT
Tier 3: 1mil-500K or 80-50 TBT
Tier 4: 100K or 10 TBT
Tier 5: Free
Holding fee: 25 TBT regardless of what Tier
