Mine does that too... it's not just vista, and it isn't related to windows, unless its a new "feature" they threw in that you can get elsewhere, like most things they've got on vista... except DX10. : (

They have something like that with Opera. You can turn off the computer, and turn it back on, and you can choose to continue with the windows you had.
