How long did downloading new update take for you, please?

Went from 2 hours to an half after I stopped another download.

wow this is weird! It took me around 1 hour and 45 minutes lol

Mine also took about that amount of time! It also didn't help that I left to eat a snack and realised that my switch had paused it because I had to free up space on my system.

Took about 3-4 minutes. My internet speed is pretty fast.

Mine and my bf's took about 3-4 minutes to download as well, we have pretty good internet for our area.

It took about an hour for me luckily I was at work when it came out and my husband could set it up for me so it was ready when I got home.

Everyone's internet is different. Took mine about 22 or so mins but on really good internet. If I had been on the internet at my parent's place however it easily would have been a couple hours.

Took about 20 minutes despite my fast internet. I have noticed that Sony and Nintendo seem to throttle download speeds, especially Nintendo, though. Nothing ever downloads as fast on my Switch as it does on either my computer or my phone (use my home WiFi for my phone when I'm home, not cell data).

Nintendo doesn't really throttle downloads, its just that their hardware caps at very low speeds. I think it caps at 200MB/s.

Mines took less than 10 minutes. I have really fast Internet though. I work from home on my computer, so I pay for the fastest speed.
